Abstract
The composite material industry is an important strategic emerging industry strongly
supported by the country and policies, and it is also an important basic guarantee for the
country to achieve a material power. Since 2016, relevant ministries and commissions have
successively issued a series of policy documents to support the development and innovation
of the composite material industry. With the adjustment of my country's economic structure
and the structural reform of the supply side, it has become very important for composite
materials enterprises to transform into high-tech, high-value-added, green and low-carbon
enterprises.
The timing of the establishment of Xiamen Changxian New Materials Co., Ltd. was
supported by national policies, which was developed in the context of supply-side reform. The
company is a smalland medium-sized thermoplastic resin matrix compositematerial
enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales. The company's main product is LFT-G long
fiber composite material. After the establishment of the company, relying on the technical
advantages of independent intellectual property rights and national invention patents, it has
gradually developed and grown. However, there are also problems such as small scale and the
capital capacity is not strong. In this context, this thesis studies the development strategy of
Xiamen Changxian New Material Co., Ltd.
Firstly, starting from strategic management, this thesis consults the relevant literature on
development strategy, and clarifies the theoretical basis of the research; secondly, the
company's external environment is analyzed in detail by using the PEST model and Porter's
five forces model; finally, from the company's production technology Research on internal
resource capabilities such as R&D, human resource capabilities, marketing capabilities, basic
management capabilities, and financial performance capabilities. On this basis, using SWOT
matrix analysis and QSPM quantitative evaluation tools to analyze strategic selection, and
concluded that companies should select the SO development strategy. In addition, in terms of
strategic implementation assurance measures, suggestions are put forward from the aspects of
organizational structure optimization, human resource, financing strategy, and scientific
research and innovation.
Based on the combination of theory and practice, and based on enterprise strategic
management planning,this thesisconducted an in-depthdiscussion onthe strategic
management of Xiamen Changxian New Materials Company. Its theoretical significance can
form a casebasis for enterprise strategicmanagement planning, implementationand
assurance. The rapid development of composite materials companies has certain reference
value on how to formulate effective corporate strategies.
