在经济全球化的推动作用下,从西方萌芽的企业社会责任运动,悄然发展到中国,
我国企业履行社会责任的意识,逐渐觉醒并快速成长。企业能否很好地承担社会责任,
不仅成为社会各界关注的热点,同时,也在社会公众及自身发展要求的共同作用下,
成为企业极力推动的一项事业。商业银行的社会责任担当,来源于企业社会责任运动,
作为社会经济中的重要一员和特殊成员,商业银行具有公众的性质,要求其理应比一
般企业承担的社会责任更多。商业银行履行社会责任,不仅对夯实其经营基础有重大
作用,而且可以增加竞争优势,因此,积极履行社会责任已成为商业银行发展壮大的
重要战略手段,受到商业银行越来越多的关注。
在这一背景下,本文对国内外关于企业社会责任和商业银行社会责任的研究进行
了借鉴和总结。首先,就企业社会责任的概念发展和理论渊源,进行了详细的阐述,
通过对比总结,确定以利益相关者理论为基础进行研究,并对相关理论和方法进行了
概述。其次,依据文献资料总结、行业标准等,分析出农村商业银行承担社会责任的
对象分别为政府、监管机构、社会、环境、客户、股东和员工。第三,以农村商业银
行对利益相关者所承担的社会责任,作为构建农村商业银行社会责任指标的指标内
容,由专家对各级指标的相对重要性,进行了比较判断,运用层次分析法计算出各级
指标的权重。第四,通过问卷调查法,采样涿鹿农村商业银行在履行社会责任方面的
数据,运用模糊综合评价法,对当前涿鹿农村商业银行社会责任的表现进行评价,并
根据评价结果进行现状分析。第五,提出相应的社会责任履行能力的提升策略和措施,
以此来促进涿鹿农村商业银行更好的履行社会责任。最后为研究结论部分,主要总结
了本文的研究内容和结论,并提出了关于本文研究的一些不足之处,和对未来研究的
展望。

ABSTRACT
Under the impetus of economic globalization, from the rising corporate social
responsibility movement in the west to China, the awareness of Chinese enterprises to
fulfill social responsibility has gradually awakened and grown rapidly. Whether
enterprises can well undertake social responsibility has not only become the focus of
attention of all sectors of society, but also become a cause strongly promoted by
enterprises under the joint action of the public and their own development
requirements. The social responsibility of commercial banks comes from the
corporate social responsibility movement. As an important member and special
member of the social economy, commercial banks have the nature of the public, so
they should bear more social responsibility than ordinary enterprises. The active
performance of social responsibility by commercial banks not only plays an important
role in consolidating the business foundation of commercial banks, but also can
increase their competitive advantage. Therefore, the active performance of social
responsibility has become an important strategic means for the development and
growth of commercial banks, which has attracted more and more attention from
commercial banks.
Under this background, this paper studies and draws lessons from the corporate
social responsibility and Commercial Bank social responsibility at home and abroad.
Firstly, it expounds the concept development and theoretical origin of corporate social
responsibility in detail. Through summary and comparison, it selects the stakeholder
theory as the theoretical basis of this paper, and summarizes the relevant theories and
methods. Secondly, according to the literature summary and industry standards, it is
analyzed that the objects of social responsibility of rural commercial banks are the
government, regulators, society, environmental protection, customers, shareholders
and other stakeholders. Third, take the social responsibility of rural commercial banks
to stakeholders as the indicator source of constructing the social responsibility
indicators of rural commercial banks, compare and judge the relative importance of
indicators at all levels by experts, and calculate the weight of indicators at all levels
by using analytic hierarchy process. Fourth, the data of Zhuolu rural commercial bank
in the performance of social responsibility are sampled through the questionnaire
survey method, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the
current performance of Zhuolu rural commercial bank's social responsibility, and the
current situation is analyzed according to the evaluation results. Fifth, put forward the
