LD房地产投资公司人力资源管理优化研究
摘要
LD房地产投资公司的主营业务为房地产的投资及建设。房地产业作为我国的经
济支柱之一,包括上以下几十个产业,对社会国民经济的负面影响很大。这就需要人力
资源管理在公司内发挥作用,因为公司要想有所发展,就离不开对人才的管理,人力资源
是企业竞争力的体现。
深入研究如何优化配置公司内人力资源和存在的突出问题 ,并试图提供具体的管
理解决措施,将有助于 LD企业在行业内保持竞争力 ,而研究所得结果也能对其他房地
产企业有一定的参考价值。
本文使用调查问卷法和访谈法分析了 LD房地产投资公司人力资源管理的问题 ,
从人力资源管理 5个模块出发,整体找出企业现存的人力资源管理难题和原因 ,并提供
相应的解决的解决方案。

Abstract
The main business of LD Real Estate Investment Company is the investment and
construction of real estate. As one of the pillars of my country's economy, the real estate
industry includes dozens of industries above and below, which has a great negative impact on
the social and national economy. This requires human resources management to play a role in
the company, because if a company wants to develop, it cannot do without the management of
talents, and human resources are the embodiment of corporate competitiveness.
Sorting out, human resource management has gradually become an important core topic
for many real estate companies. In-depth research on how to optimize the allocation of human
resources and outstanding problems in the company, and trying to provide specific
management solutions, will help LD companies maintain their competitiveness in the industry,
and the results of the research can also have certain implications for other real estate

This article uses the questionnaire method and interview method to analyze the human
resource management problems of LD real estate investment company. Starting from the five
