摘要
习近平总书记指出“办好中国的事情,关键在党,关键在人,关键在人才。要坚持
党管人才原则,为全面建成小康社会提供坚强的人才保障”。思想政治教育工作可以有
目的地对人才施加意识形态影响,吸引人才、留住人才、用好人才,更好地引领保障企
业高质量发展。党性教育作为思想政治工作的重要手段,能够对人们的思想和行为产生
影响,促进党员更好的服务人民,发挥党员带头示范作用,提升科技人才对企业发展的
贡献率。因此,将党性教育引进到科技型企业当中,对于降低科技人才职业倦怠必然有
重要的意义。
本文践行习近平总书记有关党管人才原则,通过系统梳理党性教育、职业倦怠、科
技人才等概念特点,利用问卷调查对 Y企业科技人才的职业倦怠现状进行了分析,重点
研究了 Y企业员工职业倦怠的表现和影响。根据党性教育和工作压力与职业倦怠之间的
作用机制,构建了党性教育、工作压力和职业倦怠的模型,通过实证分析验证了党性教
育与工作压力存在负相关性;工作压力与职业倦怠存在正相关性;党性教育与职业倦怠
存在负相关性;工作压力在党性教育与职业倦怠两者之间具有部分中介作用。党性教育
可以降低企业员工的工作压力进而进一步降低员工的职业倦怠情况。从党性教育角度提
出 Y企业应对员工职业倦怠的策略,包括强化员工党性教育应对工作压力、增强个人使
命感提升员工对企业的归属感,利用党性教育改善员工所处的各种环境等。
通过本文的研究,证实了党性教育对于降低科技人才职业倦怠的作用,为广大科技
型企业利用党性教育降低员工职业倦怠提供了策略建议。希望本文的研究为广大科技型
企业完善人力资源管理,促进企业发展提供参考。

Abstract
According to the general secretary Xi Jinping, he pointed out that “the key to handling
the things of China well lies in the Party, people and talents. We have the necessity to stick to
the principle of managing talents by the Party and provide a strong talent guarantee for the
construction of a moderately prosperous society in all respects”. Ideological and political
education can purposefully exert ideological influence on talents, the attraction, retaining and
good application of talents, it is able to better lead and ensure the high-quality development of
enterprises. Party spirit education as an important means of ideological and political work,
can influence people's thoughts and behavior, the Party members are promoted to better serve
the people, the exemplary role of Party members can be fully played, and the contribution rate
of scientific and technological talents to the development of enterprises can be enhanced. As a
result, it is of great significance to reduce the job burnout of scientific and technological
talents by introducing the Party spirit education into scientific and technological enterprises.
The general secretary Xi Jinping’s principle of Party managing talents is implemented in
this thesis. By systematically combing the concepts and features of Party spirit education, job
burnout, as well as scientific and technological talents, the analysis on the current situation of
job burnout of scientific and technological talents in Y Enterprise is carried out in line with
the questionnaire, in which the performance and influence of employees’ job burnout in Y
Enterprise are emphasized in research. Considering the action mechanism between the Party
spirit education, work pressure and job burnout, the model of Party spirit education, work
pressure and job burnout is constructed in this thesis. According to the empirical analysis, the
negative correlation between Party spirit education and work pressure is verified, a positive
correlation between work pressure and job burnout is verified, and a negative correlation
between Party spirit education and job burnout is verified, work pressure has partial mediating
effect between party spirit education and job burnout. Through the Party spirit education, the
work pressure of enterprise employees can be reduced, so that their job burnout can be further
decreased. By starting from the perspective of Party spirit education, the strategies for Y
