摘 要
在当今时代,知识已经成为企业的核心竞争力,如何通过培训来获取知识,
经过培训使员工和企业共同发展,来应对新技术给企业培训带来的挑战,成为企
业当前须面对的主要问题。所以,在这样的时代背景下研究F科技集团中层管理
人员培训体系具有重要的现实和理论意义。
本文以F科技集团作为研究对象,主要采用文献研读和问卷调查等研究方法,
基于现代人力资源的理论知识,对F科技集团中层管理人员培训体系的基本情况
进行分析,找出目前培训体系中存在的主要问题,对问题的形成原因进行分析。
为了更好的适应市场环境的变化,通过对中层管理人员培训体系进行分析和研究,
结合F科技集团的经营战略对集团人才结构的需求调整,运用培训体系的理论,
提出优化F科技集团中层管理人员培训体系的方案。
最后,总结出F科技集团完善的中层管理人员培训体系的优化,可以使得集
团通过培训可以达到提高中层管理人员的素质,增强集团核心竞争力的目的。同
时,清楚的认识到培训工作的优化改进需要长期的维持,才能确保中层管理人员
培训科学有效的开展下去。目前,F科技集团放缓了产品增长速度,集团也意识到
不能单独的依赖精湛的工艺来维持创造更大的利润,必须转变现有思路,实现集
团业务多元化,集团在代工之余,需适当的开拓发展其他新型业务,如此才能找
到新的出路,为集团谋求新的发展。为了实现这些目标,集团必须要求完善的培
训体系,来保障中层管理人员培训可以效性地实施,有计划性和针对性的进行中
层管理人员培训,提高中层管理人员的技能和素质,从而使中层管理人员能够快
速胜任不断变化的商业环境为员工素及质技能带来的新要求,对集团今后的发展
有着举足轻重的意义。

Abstract
In our age, knowledge has become an important component of the core
competitiveness of enterprises. How to acquire knowledge through training, how to
make employees and enterprises develop together through training, and how to deal
with the challenges brought by new technology to enterprise training have become the
main problems that enterprises must face at present. Therefore, it is of great theoretical
and practical significance to study the training system for middle managers of F
Technology Group under such an era background.
Based on F technology group as the research object, this paper mainly adopts the
methods of literature study and questionnaire survey, based on the theory of modern
human resources knowledge, the technology group F middle management training
system, the paper analyses the basic situation, find out the main problems existing in the
current training system, analyzes the formation cause of the problem. In order to better
adapt to the changes in the market environment, through the analysis and research of the
training system for middle managers, combined with the business strategy of F
Technology Group to adjust the needs of the group's talent structure, using the theory of
training system, this paper puts forward a plan to optimize the training system for
middle managers of F Technology Group.
Finally, it concludes that the optimization of F Technology Group's perfect training
system for middle-level managers can improve the quality of middle-level managers
and enhance the core competitiveness of the group through training. Clearly at the same
time, to realize the optimization of training work improvement need long-term, can
ensure that middle managers carry on the training of scientific and effective at the
moment, F technology group has slowed growth products, group also realized that
