Failure to comply with these rules can result in your entry being disqualified. The requirements also explain how best to submit your entry to ensure you gain maximum points available. The entry forms are set out in sections – it is important that your entry portfolio is separated into these sections. It is much easier for the judges to find the information they are looking for if the same format is followed. All material should be presented either: (a) in a folder (b) in a bound book (c) in a ring binder Supporting material should be clearly labelled. Your completed entry form must be included. A USB drive with at least 10 high-resolution images of your project must be included. No CDs or DVDs, or USB drives should be presented as your entry. The majority of your entry should be submitted in English. However we understand published material may be in another language. If photographs are not available, then use good quality artistic impressions or computer-generated imagery. All entries should be no larger than A3 in size, up to a maximum of 45cm X 35cm X 5.5cm with a maximum weight of 5 kilograms (see diagram below).
