摘要:消费信贷市场经过多年的发展终于迎来了快速发展的爆发期。以电子
商务为代表的互联网企业也纷纷参与到消费金融领域的竞争中,目前的消费信贷
业务已经蔓延到了各个领域,不仅包括汽车、装修、家电等大宗商品,甚至一些
几十元的衣服、彩妆、餐饮等小笔开支都可以使用分期付款。消费信贷市场正在
朝着更全面、更完善的方向发展,另外互联网大数据技术近年来在金融行业通过
不断赋能,也掀起了一阵阵金融科技革新狂潮。笔者在调研过程中发现,互联网
金融背景下工行LS分行消费信贷业务发展创新的需求性较强,并且工行LS分行
目前也拥有数量巨大的银行网点和客户量、资金优势、地区品牌知名度和人才培
养制度等一系列支持条件来支撑工行LS分行发展互联网金融消费业信贷业务。
本文研究得出如下几点结论:第一,当前工行LS分行消费信贷业务发展问题
表现为:传统业务向互联网化转型缓慢、客户体验不足、业务风险逐步加大、大
数据技术应用水平较低等四个方面:第二,制约工行LS分行消费信贷业务发展问
题的原因主要是:传统业务模式的限制,消费信贷业务的即时性和便利性有待提
高,风险管理体系不健全,部分业务人员专业水平有待提高。第三,互联网金融
背景下工行LS分行消费信贷业务发展对策:一是加快消费信贷业务互联网转型速
度,协同发展消费信贷业务,信贷产品调整。二是加快拓展业务市场,提升客户
体验,持续挖掘现有存量客户群,积极扩大线上客户群,拓展农村等长尾客户群。
三要加强互联网金融风险管理,健全消费信贷贷前审核制度,建立科学有效的贷
后管理制度,健全大数据技术风控体系。四是创新互联网营销模式,提高互联网
营销水平。

Research on the Development Problems of LS bank's
Consumer Credit Business under the Background of Internet

Abstract:At present, it is the best time for banks to develop consumer credit on
a large scale. Internet enterprises represented by e-commerce have also participated in
the competition in the field of consumer finance. At present, consumer credit business
has spread to all fields, including not only bulk commodities such as cars, decoration
and household appliances, but even small expenses such as clothes, makeup and
catering of dozens of yuan. The consumer credit market is developing in a more
comprehensive and perfect direction. In addition, Internet big data technology has also
set off a wave of financial technology innovation through continuous empowerment in
the financial industry in recent years. During the investigation, the author found that
under the background of Internet finance, the demand for consumer credit business
development and innovation of ICBC LS branch is strong, and ICBC LS branch also
has a large number of bank outlets and customer volume, capital advantages, regional
brand awareness and talent training system to support ICBC LS branch to develop
Internet financial consumer credit business.
The research shows that the demand of LS bank's consumer credit business
innovation is strong under the condition of Internet, From the perspective of external
conditions, LS bank's consumer credit business is facing the impact of Internet
technology, but also brings opportunities for innovation. LS bank has good internal
advantages and foundation, so it should make use of bank talents, technology and other
resources to actively innovate LS bank's consumer credit business under the condition
of Internet.
This paper draws the following conclusions: first, the current LS bank
consumer credit business innovation problems are as follows: the reduction of credit

business profits, lack of customer experience, business risk gradually increased, lack of
professionals and so on; Second, the main reasons for the innovation of LS bank's
consumer credit business are: the traditional business model needs to be upgraded, the
customer viscosity and loyalty are reduced, the risk management system is not perfect,
and the team building and management mechanism are not perfect. The first is to
improve the consumer credit system, adjust the business model and credit products, and
improve the customer experience. The second is to promote business market innovation,
continuously tap the existing customer base, actively expand the online customer base,
and expand the long tail customer base in rural areas. Third, we should strengthen the
innovation of risk management,We will improve the pre loan audit system of consumer
credit, establish a scientific and effective post loan management system and improve the
big data technology risk control system. Fourth, Innovate the Internet marketing mode
and improve the level of Internet marketing.
