联网实现对客户的服务,使得商业银行对物理网点和人力资源的依赖明显减少,
对中小银行的发展有着天然的友好性。另一方面,公司业务一直以来都是商业
银行的核心业务,公司业务产品创新也是产品创新的重点领域,也是商业银行
发展的活力源泉。面对不断升级的客户需求和日益激烈的市场竞争,商业银行
只有不断的利用金融理论并结合先进信息技术,沿着开放银行的发展趋势,切
实做好产品创新管理,激发产品创新潜能,围绕“以客户为中心”的理念展开
产品创新工作,才能保持竞争优势,实现持续稳定的高质量发展。
A银行作为一家国内较为领先的城市商业银行,十分重视公司业务的产品创
新工作,也在尝试着结合业务场景来试水开放银行模式在公司业务中的应用。
通过本文研究,笔者认为:针对A银行在公司业务产品创新管理中存在的问题,
需要从创新规划、创新流程、科技支撑、创新评价、创新架构、团队建设、创
新激励和营销宣传等方面进行调整,以实现产品创新管理的有效提升。

banking is data openness and data sharing. Through the Internet, commercial banks
can realize customer services, which significantly reduces their dependence on
physical branches and human resources and is naturally friendly to the development
of small and medium-sized banks. On the other hand, corporate business has always
been the core business of commercial banks, and product innovation of corporate
business is also the key field of product innovation, which is also the source of
vitality for the development of commercial banks. Facing the escalating customer
demand and increasingly fierce market competition, commercial banks can maintain
their competitive advantage only by continuously using financial theory and
advanced information technology, following the development trend of open banks,
earnestly doing a good job in product innovation management, stimulating product
innovation potential, and carrying out product innovation around the concept of
