摘要
随着乡村振兴战略提出、实施以来,“三农”迎来新的发展机遇和活力,产业兴旺是乡
村振兴的支撑,人才振兴是乡村振兴的关键。近年来,大量人才立足农业返乡创业或前往农
村创业,农村青年创业企业得到一定的发展,作为乡村振兴的“生力军”,农村青年创业企
业普遍经营规模偏小、管理和创新水平不足,缺乏市场竞争力,如果农村青年创业企业要紧
抓时代机遇,需将前途命运与农业、农村、农民问题紧密联系起来,转变发展思路,重视企
业发展战略。
A公司作为一家典型的青年创业企业,2016年由公司管理者返乡创立,尽管取得一定的
成绩,但仍然面临生存与发展、做大与做强的问题,需要找准自身定位,制定更适应时代要
求的发展战略。本文是以 A公司为研究对象,结合乡村振兴的时代背景,对农村青年创业企
业进行发展战略研究。首先对乡村振兴战略、国内外企业战略管理等理论研究成果进行梳理
和归纳,为下文的研究提供理论支持。其次介绍乡村振兴战略下农村青年创业企业发展的现
状,战略存在的问题。然后,以 A公司为例,对农村青年创业企业现状进行了分析,介绍 A
公司的概况,并采用 PEST分析模型、波特五力模型、SWOT分析模型等方法对 A公司的外
部宏观环境,所处行业的竞争情况展开有效研判,分析归纳公司内外部的优势、劣势、机会、
威胁等情况,得出 A公司适合采用开拓型的发展战略。最后结合乡村振兴战略的背景驱动下,
制定 A公司的发展战略和保障措施,促进 A公司把握时代机遇实现发展壮大和实力提升。
笔者希望通过本文的研究能为 A公司以及其他青年创业企业的发展提供一定的借鉴和参
考,进而为我国农村产业发展、乡村振兴有所贡献。

Abstract
Since the rural revitalization strategy was put forward , agricultural and rural development has
ushered in a new era of opportunity and growth vitality. Industrial prosperity is a solid foundation
and important support for rural revitalization, and talent revitalization is also the key to promoting
rural revitalization in China. Based on agriculture returning home in recent years, a large number of
talents to rural entrepreneurship, business or rural youth startups get certain development, as the
country revitalization "force", the rural youth entrepreneurship enterprises generally small scale of
business, management and innovation level is insufficient, lack of market competitiveness, if rural
youth entrepreneurial companies important to grasp opportunities.
As A typical young start-up enterprise, Company A was founded in 2016 by the company's
manager who returned to his hometown. Although Company A has made some achievements, it still
faces the problems of survival and development, as well as expansion and strength. It needs to find
its own positioning and formulate development strategies that are more suitable for The Times and

study the development strategy of rural youth entrepreneurial enterprises in the context of rural
revitalization. First at all, the paper sorts out and summarizes the theoretical research results of rural
revitalization strategy and strategic management of domestic and foreign enterprises to provide
theoretical support for the following research. Secondly, it introduces the current situation of rural
youth entrepreneurial enterprises under the rural revitalization strategy and the problems existing in
the strategy. Then, with A company as an example, analyzed about the present situation of rural
youth entrepreneurial enterprises, such as external macro environment, industry competition is an
effective, analyze company internal and external of threats and other situations, Finally, under the
background of rural revitalization strategy,Company A are formulated to promote Company A to
seize the opportunity of The Times to achieve development and strength improvement.
The research results of this paper are adaptable and operable to the development of Company A.
The author hopes that the research of this paper can provide certain reference and reference for the
development of other young entrepreneurial enterprises, and then contribute to the development of
rural industry and rural revitalization in China.
