摘要
随着国民收入水平的增加和健康意识的增强。健身行业也被越来越多的人所
关注。近些年,健身行业不断发展壮大,越来越多的机构和人员参与进来,随着
健身运动市场的竞争加大,健身行业在自身发展中带来的诸多问题也阻碍了健身
行业的健康和可持续发展。2020年因为新冠疫情的爆发,人们在国家号召下居
家隔离抗击疫情,市场的变化、顾客的变化、政策的变化,对线下健身房的经营
造成了较大的冲击,因为居家抗击疫情的原因,线上健身运动类APP在疫情的催
化下用户活跃度显著提升,以Keep、Fiture等为代表的互联网健身品牌对线下
健身房的冲击越来越严重。同时健身行业市场准入门槛较低,健身教练水平参差
不齐,一些不良商家用低价吸引客户后关店跑路,健身教练欺骗学员等负面新闻
不时见诸报端,对于健身行业的声誉也造成了消极影响。
F健身公司作为本土一家大型健身连锁机构,本文结合F健身公司当下发展
遇到的困境,深入研究国内外绩效考核的相关理论知识,采用问卷调查、个别访
谈等方式方法对F健身公司现存的绩效考核现状进行充分的分析和解读,发现F
健身公司绩效考核存在考核指标设置欠科学和不完善、考核周期设置不合理、绩
效考核结果应用有待丰富、绩效考核缺乏沟通反馈等问题。针对以上问题,综合
运用360度绩效考核、平衡记分卡等绩效考核管理方法对F健身公司的基层人员、
中层管理人员的绩效考核指标、考核权重、考核周期、绩效考核结果运用和反馈
进行了优化。希望通过对F健身公司的绩效考核的优化助力F健身公司的长远发
展,同时也为类似的的健身企业的发展提供一定的指导和借鉴意义。

Summary
With the increase of national income and the enhancement of health awareness, more and
more people pay attention to the fitness industry. In recent years, the fitness industry continues to
grow, more and more institutions and personnel involved. With the increasing competition in the
fitness market, many problems in the fitness industry have hindered its healthy and sustainable
development. Due to the outbreak of the new crown epidemic in 2020, people are called by the
country to isolate themselves at home to fight the epidemic. Changes in the market, customers,
and policies have had a greater impact on the operation of offline gyms. Because of the fight
against the epidemic at home, online fitness exercises Under the catalysis of the epidemic, user
activity of similar apps has increased significantly. Internet fitness brands represented by Keep and
Fix are increasingly impacting offline gyms. At the same time, the fitness industry has low market
entry barriers, and the level of fitness coaches is uneven. Some unscrupulous merchants use low
prices to attract customers and then close stores and run away. Negative news such as fitness
coaches cheating students and other similar news are often reported in the newspapers, which also
contributes to a bad reputation of the fitness industry
As a large-scale local fitness chain organization, this paper combines the difficulties
encountered by the F Fitness Company in its current development, and conducts an in-depth study
of the relevant theoretical knowledge of performance appraisal at home and abroad. It uses
questionnaire surveys, individual interviews and other methods to evaluate the existing
performance of F Fitness Company. It is found that there are some problems in the performance
appraisal of F Fitness Company, such as the unscientific and imperfect setting of appraisal indexes,
the unreasonable setting of appraisal cycle, the application of appraisal results to be enriched, and
the lack of communication and feedback. In response to the above problems, comprehensive use
of management methods such as 360-degree performance appraisal and balanced scorecard to
optimize the appraisal indicators, appraisal weights, appraisal cycles, appraisal results and
feedback of grassroots and middle managers. It is hoped that through the optimization of the
performance appraisal of F Fitness Company, it will help its long-term development and at the
same time provide certain guidance and reference for the development of similar fitness
enterprises.
