目前,我国已进入第二个百年奋斗目标的新发展阶段。新发展阶段,实施
多元化经营的民营实体企业面临新的发展环境。百年未有之大变局,世界经济
低迷、全球市场萎缩,国际国内市场竞争越来越激烈,企业面临的环境变得更
加复杂。加强战略管理对企业而言至关重要。如何分散企业风险、提高企业的
资源利用率、找到新的利润增长点等都是企业要考虑的战略问题。不是每个选
择多元化经营的企业都能很好应对新的发展环境。如何制定多元化经营优化战
略是企业面临的一大难题。
四川F公司以投资建材、教育行业起步,经过努力在短期内实现了民办教
育办学领域的飞跃。但随着投资民办教育的企业越来越多,竞争压力越来越大,
差异化特色办学程度越来越慢。为了拓展发展空间,公司走上了多元化的道路,
涉足地产、金融、生态农业以及驾培领域。虽然公司为此涉足了诸多领域,但
未取得理想的效果,相反由于内外因素使公司的经营业绩下滑。
本文结合我国新的发展环境,从分析战略管理理论入手,在查阅国内外多
元化战略相关文献资料的基础上,以四川F公司为研究对象,就其实行多元化
战略以来存在的问题,运用PEST、SWOT理论分析工具和方法,对公司内外部环
境进行了分析和阐述,总结得出适合公司各行业板块发展的优化策略。最后制
定公司战略优化的支持保障系统,确保战略目标达到预期效果。
本文的研究有助于引导四川F公司走上科学可持续发展的道路,对于其他
类似企业也有一定的参考作用,可以给研究多元化战略的学者提供实例。

Abstract
At present, China has entered a new development stage of the second Centennial
goal. In the new development stage, private entity enterprises implementing
diversified management are facing a new development environment. The world
economy is in the doldrums, the global market is shrinking, the international and
domestic market competition is becoming more and more fierce, and the environment
faced by enterprises has become more and more complex. Strengthening strategic
management is very important for enterprises. How to disperse enterprise risks,
improve enterprise resource utilization and find new profit growth points are strategic
issues that enterprises should consider. Not every enterprise that chooses to diversify
can cope well with the new development environment. How to formulate
diversification optimization strategy is a major problem faced by enterprises.
Sichuan F company started with investment in building materials and education
industry. Through efforts, it has achieved a leap in the field of private education in a
short time. However, with more and more enterprises investing in private education,
the competitive pressure is greater and greater, and the degree of differentiated
characteristics is slower and slower. In order to expand the development space, the
company has embarked on a diversified road and set foot in the fields of real estate,
finance, ecological agriculture and driving training. Although the company has set
foot in many fields, it has not achieved ideal results. On the contrary, the company's
operating performance has declined due to internal and external factors.
Combined with China's new development environment, starting with the
analysis of strategic management theory, on the basis of consulting the relevant
literature of diversification strategy at home and abroad, taking Sichuan F company
as the research object, this paper analyzes and expounds the internal and external
environment of the company by using PEST and SWOT theoretical analysis tools and
methods, Summarize the optimization strategies suitable for the development of
