摘要
随着证券市场不断发展，同业竞争使得证券市场同质化严重且经营效率不高，又
由于 5G信息技术与疫情的影响，线上金融业务开展、非现场业务办理形式多样，因
此证券行业应探索运用科技提升自身优势。金融与科技结合孕育出金融科技，金融科
技的探索应用能够有助于我国金融行业发展进入一个新时代，将金融科技应用于证券
公司业务场景乃至整个证券市场是大势所趋。目前业界的研究和案例表明，金融科技
能够通过数据整合、云端操作、人工智能、分布式的应用系统使证券交易达到信息公
开、透明、有效率，以形成更为高效、智能、快捷的业务运行模式，且有助于业务流
程安全有序运行并提升监管能力。因此通过方正证券现阶段金融科技的应用，发现方
正证券在应用金融科技过程中存在的问题，并通过对比分析得出相关应用启示，提出
针对性的解决措施并优化各金融科技的应用，以提升方正证券金融科技应用质量。
本文通过国内外研究及应用现状、金融科技理论基础，分析了各金融科技与证券
业务的适配性。通过分析方正证券在大数据、云计算、人工智能方面的应用框架、应
用领域及应用效果，发现方正证券在金融科技科技应用过程中存在的包括数据准确
性、云计算兼容性、人工智能应用深度等问题。接下来通过分析宏微观现状及行业中
各金融科技应用优秀券商与方正证券进行对比，得出金融科技优化启示。基于以上分
析，针对方正证券金融科技应用存在问题提出包括搭建大数据基础设施平台、建设多
重云平台结构、加强智能化、完善监管追责、区块链技术探索应用等措施，并探索将
区块链技术应用于业务监管及业务升级，为方正证券未来应用区块链技术提供优化思
路及操作流程。最后从方正证券的金融科技运用提质增效着眼，结合优化措施对其未
来发展提出期许，同时也对金融科技加快完善监管、助力证券业务创新进行展望。

Abstract
With the continuous development of the securities market, horizontal competition
makes the securities market homogenized seriously and the operation efficiency is low.
Due to the influence of 5G technology and the COVID-19, there are various forms of
online financial business and off-site business operations. The securities companies should
explore to use technology to improve their competitive advantages. The combination of
Finance and technology is described as fin-tech,and each financial technology is highly
matched with the securities business. The exploration and application of fin-tech can help
our financial industry into a new generation.It will be a general trend to apply fin-tech in
securities scenarios and even the whole securities market. Some researches and cases show
that fin-tech can make securities information transparent and operate efficiently through
data integration, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and distributed application, so as
to form a more efficient, intelligent and fluent business operation mode.Fin-tech also help
the operation work with safe and order, and improve the supervision ability. The
application of fin-tech in Founder Securities shows that there still exist problems.It can
draw relevant enlightenment by comparing the application of Founder Securities with other
excellent representations. Finally, this essay put forward targeted solutions to the existing
problems in order to optimize the application ,and improve the application of financial
technology in Founder Securities.
Based on the domestic and overseas researches and applications with the theoretical
basis of fin-tech, this essay analyzes the adaptability between fin-tech and securities
business. By analyzing the application framework, application fields and application
effects of fin-tech in Founder Securities, it shows that the application of fin-tech in
Founder Securities have some problems, including data accuracy, cloud computing
compatibility, surface AI application and so on. By analyzing the macro and micro
situation and comparing the financial technology application, we get the enlighten to
optimize financial technology. Based on the above analysis process, considering the
existing problems in fin-tech application of Founder Securities, this essay puts forward
measures including building big data infrastructure flat, building a multi-cloud platform
structure,strengthening intelligence, improving regulatory accountability, exploring the
application of block-chain technology and so on. Exploring the application of block-chain
