摘要
数字产业化、产业数字化不断深入发展,规范创新与实体经济交融,电子商
务作为一种新型商业模式,逐渐成为了推动产业发展,助力共同富裕的消费新引
擎。在电商发展过程中,西部地区地理位置偏远,但物资丰富,电商发展潜力较
大。那么如何挖掘西部地区电商发展潜力,推动西部地区电商发展,对于减少东
西部发展差距,促进西部经济高质量发展具有重要意义。创业者是电商创业的主
体,创业素质是影响创业者开展创业行为的核心要素,同时外在环境也是创业者
获取外在资源,开展创业活动的重要助推剂。本文选取甘肃省内电商创业者为研
究对象,在回顾人力资本理论、资源依赖理论、计划行为理论的基础上,构建了
以创业意愿为中介变量,创业素质和创业环境对创业行为影响的模型,并以此提
出研究假设,探讨创业者创业素质和创业环境对创业行为的影响,同时考察创业
意愿在其中发挥的中介作用。
本文采用访谈法和问卷调查法开展实地调研,共收集 207份甘肃省内电商创
业者的研究数据,并采用 SPSS25.0、AMOS26.0统计软件对研究数据进行信效
度检验、描述性统计分析、相关分析、回归分析和 Bootstrap检验,得出以下结
论:第一:创业素质中人格特质对电商创业者创业行为有正向刺激作用;创业素
质中创业能力对电商创业者创业行为有正向刺激作用;创业环境对电商创业者创
业行为有正向刺激作用。第二:创业意愿在人格特质与创业行为之间起部分中介
作用,创业意愿在创业能力与创业行为之间起部分中介作用,创业意愿在创业环
境与创业行为之间起部分中介作用。
根据研究结论,本文从提高自我认识,注重优秀人格特质的培养、注重创业
学习,提升创业能力、营造良好创业氛围,激发创业热情三方面提出了相关建议。

Abstract
Digital industrialization and industrial digitalization continue to deepen,
standardize innovation and the integration of real economy, e-commerce, as a new
business model, has gradually become a new consumption engine to promote
industrial development and promote common prosperity. In the process of
e-commerce development, the western region is geographically remote, but rich in
materials, e-commerce development potential. So how to tap the development
potential of e-commerce in western China and promote the development of
e-commerce in western China is of great significance to reduce the development gap
between the east and the west and promote the high-quality development of the
economy in western China. Entrepreneurs are the main body of e-commerce
entrepreneurship. Studying the specific factors of entrepreneurship behavior of
e-commerce entrepreneurs plays an important role in promoting the success of
e-commerce entrepreneurship and promoting the development of e-commerce. This
article selects gansu province electricity business entrepreneurs as the research object,
in the review of the human capital theory, resource dependence theory and the theory
of planned behavior, on the basis of building the entrepreneurial intention as
intermediary variables, entrepreneurial quality model of the impact of
entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial environment, and put forward the research
hypothesis, discusses entrepreneurs entrepreneurship quality and entrepreneurial
environment on the influence of entrepreneurship, Meanwhile, the mediating role of
entrepreneurial intention was investigated.
In this paper, the interview method and questionnaire method were used to carry
out field research. A total of 207 research data of e-commerce entrepreneurs in Gansu
province were collected, and the reliability and validity test, descriptive statistical
analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and Bootstrap test were carried out
on the data using SPSS25.0 and AMOS26.0 statistical software. The following
conclusions were drawn: The personality dimension of entrepreneurial quality has a
positive stimulating effect on the entrepreneurial behavior of e-commerce
entrepreneurs. The dimension of entrepreneurial competence has a positive
stimulating effect on the entrepreneurial behavior of e-commerce entrepreneurs. The
entrepreneurial environment positively stimulates the entrepreneurial behavior of
e-commerce entrepreneurs. Second, entrepreneurial intention plays a partial mediating
role between personality traits and entrepreneurial behavior, entrepreneurial intention
