摘要
随着全球经济的不断发展,各企业之间的竞争更加激励。为了获得一席之地,
企业应当不断提升自身的综合实力,选用高水平的人才,充分发挥人才优势。不
断提高企业的经营管理水平和市场竞争力,作为企业管理中关键环节的薪酬体
系,是招聘高质量人才的主要动力。科学合理的薪酬体系,让职员能够更用心更
忠诚的为公司服务,激励员工为企业工作,促进企业愿景和目标的实现,可以说
一个科学有效的薪酬体系是企业管理成功的关键。
GZ金融公司是一家主要从事基金、资本运作和资产管理等业务的公司。公
司成立几年来,发展迅速,业务不断扩展,目前进入企业改革发展的关键时期,
当前公司薪酬管理水平未能与公司快速发展趋势协同并进,构建一套符合企业发
展战略的薪酬管理体系,对企业的稳健发展至关重要。
本文以研究 GZ公司的薪酬体系为对象,以公司目前面临的实际问题为出发
点,通过文献研究法、调查法、案例研究法等多种方式,结合经济管理理论、薪
酬管理体系理论等知识,查问题、找原因,对公司的薪酬体系单一、分配不合理、
结构不合理和薪酬体系管理落后等进行科学分析。按照公平性、合法性、合理性
和可操作性的原则,提出具有可行性的措施。希望通过对公司薪酬体系的优化为
公司人力资源管理提供动力,打造一个内外双赢的环境,增加公司经济效益,提
高生产劳动率,最终实现公司目标。希望本文的研究能拓宽薪酬体系管理理论和
应用,能为 GZ公司以及类似行业的公司,薪酬体系的优化提供一定的帮助。

Abstract
At present, development is main trend in the world. Competence is more and
more strong due to the global economy. The more excellent person is required to
participate the company business management, further to improve the management
level and marketing competition abilities. Salary is one of the important physical
conditions to attract excellent person, it is also an indispensable part of the operation
of the enterprise. A well-designed salary system will increase the stuff core-ability,
motivate them to work hard for company goal, to achieve the company goals and
targets. So, the scientific and effective salary system will be the key to success.
GZ Company engages in fund, capital management and asserts management etc.,
recently with rapid development and enlarged business, the company reform is going
to the key period. But the present salary management cannot match with the rapid
development trend, so to build a matched salary management as per the company
strategy, it will be most important for the company healthy development.
The research object of these paper is salary system, considering the actual
problems, through paper research method, investigation method, face-to-face
communication etc., based on the economy management, salary management and
other theory, analysis the company salary system so that to find out the problems and
reasons. As per the justice, legal, reasonable, and practicable rules, find out the
effective actions & measures. These paper hope to provide the motivation power for
human resource management by salary optimization, build a win-win environment
both interior and exterior to increase economy and production efficiency, finally to
achieve the company targets. Also hope this paper will enlarge salary system theory
and application, provide help of salary system optimization for GZ company or
similar company.
