随着国民经济的发展,中国物流行业发展愈发迅猛,其中第三方物流受到各方的关注尤 为突出。社会经济的快速发展和变革带来了物流业的飞速发展,从传统的运输仓储到现在的 电子商务,物流业迎来了产业融合的高峰时期,但与此同时传统的物流企业也面临着变革的 阵痛。如何在纷繁复杂的行业竞争之中走出一条适合自身发展的道路,现在已成为摆放在X 物流公司面前一道急需解决的难题。是继续在传统物流上风雨兼程,还是寻求新的突破?本 文运用战略管理理论,通过PEST分析方法和SWOT方法,研究物流行业的发展状况,并 详细研究分析公司所处当前环境的具体情况,尤其对潜在威胁和发展机遇方面进行具体研 究,探索X公司发展的看法,即差异化发展战略。 本文以X物流公司为研究对象,首先基于文献研究方法,对国内外第三方物流的发展 状况进行了理论阐述,并以此总结了文章研究的理论基础,对战略管理理论以及战略管理对 物流企业发展的影响进行了详细的描述,随后基于PEST分析法以及“五力”模型分析了X 物流公司的外部环境,并总结了当前X物流公司外部环境所面临的机遇和威胁;对X物流 公司的内部环境进行分析,重点分析了X物流公司的内部资源,对企业内部环境的主要优 势以及劣势进行分析,然后对X物流公司的发展战略进行描述,主要是运用SWOT分析法 对X物流公司的优势、劣势、机会以及威胁进行分析,并对X物流公司发展战略的定位、 目标以及内容进行阐述,最后基于理论分析和案例分析,提出了X物流公司发展竞争战略 的实施以及控制,提出了改进的对策,为第三方物流企业未来的发展提供理论基础。 关键词:第三方物流,战略管理,X物流公司,PEST分析,SWOT分析 X物流公司发展战略研究 ii ABSTRACT Inrecentyears,withtherapiddevelopmentoflogisticsindustryinChina,thethirdpartlogistics markethasattractedgreatattentionfromsocietyandenterprises.Therapiddevelopmentand transformationofsocialeconomyhasbroughttherapiddevelopmentoflogisticsindustry.From traditionaltransportationwarehousingtoe-commerce,supplychainmanagementandsoon, logisticsindustryusheredinthepeakperiodofindustryconvergence.Butatthesametime,the traditionallogisticsenterprisesarealsofacingthepainofchange.Howtofindawaysuitablefor itsowndevelopmentinthecomplicatedindustryenvironmenthasbecomeadifficultproblemin frontofXLogisticsCompany.Isittocontinueinthetraditionallogisticsonbothwindandrain, orPhoenixNirvanatoseekanewbreakthrough?Fromthispointofview,byanalyzingthe macro-politicalandeconomicsituation,studyingthedevelopmentofthelogisticsindustry,and analyzingindetailthespecificsituationofthecurrentenvironmentofthecompany,especiallythe potentialthreatsanddevelopmentopportunities,Summeduptheirviewsonthedevelopmentof thecompany,thatis,differentiationdevelopmentstrategy. TakingXLogisticsCompanyastheresearchobject,thisthesisfirstlysummarizesthe developmentofTPLathomeandabroad,andthensummarizesthetheoreticalbasisofthearticle, anddescribesthecompetitionstrategyanddifferentiationstrategyindetail.Thenitanalyzesthe externalenvironmentofXLogisticsCompanybypestanalysisandfiveforcesmodel,and summarizestheopportunitiesandthreatsthattheexternalenvironmentofXLogisticsCompany faces,andthenanalyzestheinternalenvironmentofXLogisticsCompany.Thispapermainly analyzestheinternalresourcesofXLogisticsCompany,analyzesthemainadvantagesand disadvantagesoftheinternalenvironmentoftheenterprise,andthenanalyzesthedevelopment warofXLogisticsCompany.Thisthesisbrieflydescribestheadvantages,disadvantages, opportunitiesandthreatsofXLogisticsCompanybySWOTanalysis,andexpoundsthe positioning,targetandcontentofthedevelopmentstrategyofXLogisticsCompany.Finally,it putsforwardtheimplementationandcontrolofthedevelopmentcompetitionstrategyofX LogisticsCompanybasedonthetheoreticalbasisoftheprevioustext,andprovidesthetheoretical basisforthefuturedevelopmentoflogisticsenterprisesinChina.
