随着中国国民经济的快速发展、人民收入水平的快速上升和消费者消费能力的提 升,人民在消费的时候,对于高科技、高颜值、高质量、高附加值的产品和服务的需 求就越来越旺盛了。即便是在礼赠品行业,人们已经改变了传统赠品的概念,也就是 品质一般、缺少创新。当下的礼赠品行业,需要高品质、要颜值和新颖的东西呈现, 对消费者有新的吸引点,这才能到达赠品行销的最终目的。A公司作为卡通授权品牌 代理公司和卡通授权品牌礼品的贸易商,一直致力于影视、动漫形象及国际服饰品牌 的全产业链运营,而有效的供应商选择与评价对于A公司的管理和进一步发展尤为 重要。如何进一步改进合理选择供应商并优化制定相关评价体系是本文研究重点。 论文首先详细梳理国内外有关供应商管理相关研究,并深入介绍了供应商管理相 关理论基础,包括供应商分类、供应商选择步骤、如何科学的选择和评价供应商及其 供应商选择与评价的标准等内容。而后,论文收集A公司2018年全年对供应商的综 合管理及合作情况等数据,并面向公司相关专业人员发放问卷进行问卷调研,通过数 据及问卷统计分析得出A公司当前存在供应商业务服务水平与产品质量参差不齐, 以及供应商选择与评价不规范等问题。而造成问题的原因在于A公司供应商选择与 评价指标体系不全面不科学,以及选择与评价流程不完整。基于此,文章针对A公 司设计优化相关供应商选择和评价的标准和流程,补充完善了评价指标体系中供应商 服务水平、供应产品质量等相关评价内容,并进一步改进A公司供应商选择与评价 流程。最后,为实现应用论文所设计的标准及流程,论文提出了相关建议和保障措施。 论文对A公司供应商优化管理有实践指导意义,并对其在未来的管理层面和战略决 策上做更多的辅助支持和提供有力保障,也为将来礼品行业的供应商选择和评价标准 和流程提供一定借鉴意义。 关键词:供应商选择;供应商评价;指标体系;流程管理; III Abstract Now days, with the rapid development of national economy in China, the rapid rise of people’s income and ability of the consumers’ consumption. The demand for high-tech, high-value, high-quality and high value-added products and services become more and more vigorous. Even in the premium industry, people have changed a lot of the concept of tranditional gifts which with geneal quality and lack of innovation. At present, the high quality, good look and novelty products were needed in the gift industry, the attractive to the consumer can reach the ultimate goal of the gift marketing. As a cartoon authorized brand agent and also a trader of the cartoon brand authorized gifts, Company A has been committed to the whole industry chain which include film, animation and television. The effective selection and evaluation of suppliers is particulary important for the management and development of Company A. How to reasonable select the supplier and optimize the formulation of relevant evaluation system of Company A become the key point for this paper. Firstly, the paper has combed the relevant research on supplier management at home and abroad, and also introduced some theoretical basis on supplier management. Which included supplier classification, supplier selection steps, how to select and evaluate suppliers and also the selection and evaluations criteria. Then, the paper has collected all the data of supplier’s management and cooperation situation of Company A in the whole year of 2018, and collect all the questionnaire survey of the relevant person of Company A. Through the data statistical analysis, it concluded that the current level of supplier’s business service and product quality are not uniform, as well as the selection and cooperation of suppliers. Based on this, this paper designs and optimizes the criteria and processes of supplier selection and evaluation for Company A, supplements and improves the evaluation contents of supplier service level, product quality and also in the evaluation index system. Finally, in order to achieve the standards and processes, the paper puts forward relevant suggestions. It has guiding significance for supplier optimization management of Company A, and provides more support and strong guarantee for its future management. It also provides some reference for supplier selection and evaluation criteria IV and processes of gift industry in the future.
