I 摘要 医疗器械作为一种特殊商品,由于国家政策的鼓励支持和人民日益提高的生 命健康需求,近年来得到了前所未有的关注和发展。大多医疗器械生产和经营企业 间的竞争也空前激烈,优秀的供应链管理和战略性的布局对企业的生存发展具有 重要意义。 供应商管理是整个供应链环节中重要的一环,企业对供应商的有效管理变为 企业软件实力的重要组成部分。L 医疗器械公司是一家具有资源和平台优势的医疗 器械经营性企业,具有较好的谈判能力,但在经营过程中,针对供应商的选择与考 评非常粗放,科学性不足,这给企业的经营带来了诸多问题。在医疗器械行业大发 展的情形下,要想获得竞争优势和长期发展,科学的供应商选择与考评则是十分必 要的。 本文通过研究国内外供应商选择与考评的现状,结合供应商选择与考评的理 论,就 L 医疗器械实际情况进行分析,制定了 L 医疗器械公司选择与考评的不同 指标体系,利用层次分析法分别确定 L 医疗器械公司供应商选择与考评的指标权 重,建立供应商选择与考评的模型,并通过两个实例确定所构建模型的可行和实用 性,为 L 医疗器械的供应商的有效管理起了指导作用。 L 医疗器械公司在供应商的前期选择与后期考评时选取的指标体系不同,选择 主要选取企业信誉、产品情况、价格情况和合作能力,而考评主要选取质量状况、 合作能力、价格情况、售后服务水平。这主要是由于前期选择和后期考评的目的性 不同所致。选择优秀的供应商作为战略合作伙伴,是 L 医疗器械公司生存和发展 的基础,对供应商的考评则是保证 L 医疗器械公司可持续发展的有效保证。与此 同时,本文也指出,L 医疗器械公司的供应商选择与考评指标以及权重需要根据实 际情况和发展形势动态变化,使其切实有效可行。 本文的研究不仅可以为 L 医疗器械公司的选择与考评提供理论指导,而且还 可以为类似企业的供应商选择与考评提供参考。 关键词:医疗器械 层次分析法 供应商ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT As a special commodity, with the increasing needs of people's life and health, medical devices have got unprecedented attention and development in recent years due to the encouragement and support of national policies. In the fierce competition among numerous medical device’s enterprises, good supply chain and strategic layout is of great significance to the survival and development. Supplier management is an important part of the whole supply chain, and it becomes an important part of the company. L medical device company is a company, which has ample resources and superior platform. It has good negotiation ability. However, in the process of operation, the selection and evaluation of suppliers are very extensive and lack of scientific, which brings many problems to the operation of the enterprise. With the rapid development ofmedical deviceindustry,scientificsupplierselection andevaluation is very necessary to obtain competitive advantage and long-term development. This paper studies the current situation of supplier selection and evaluation at home or abroad and analyzes the actual situation of L medical device company based on the theory of supplier selection and evaluation. Different index systems of selection and evaluation of L medical device company are established. The index weight of supplier selection and evaluation of L medical device company is determined by AHP, and the model of supplier selection and evaluation is established The feasibility and practicability of the model are confirmed by two examples, which plays a guiding role in the effective management of L medical device suppliers. L medical device company in the early selection of suppliers and later evaluation index system is different, the selection mainly selects enterprise reputation, product situation, price situation and cooperation ability, while the evaluation mainly selects quality status, cooperation ability, price situation and after-sales service level. This is mainly due to the different purposes of early selection and late evaluation. Selecting excellent suppliers as strategic partners is the basis for the survival and development of L medical device company, and the evaluation of suppliers is an effective guarantee to ensure the sustainable development of L medical device company. At the same time, this paper also points out that the supplier selection and evaluation index and weight of L medicaldevicecompanyneedto bedynamicallychangedaccordingtotheactualsituationABSTRACT III and development situation to make it practical, effective and feasible. This study can not only provide theoretical guidance for the selection and evaluation of L medical device company, but also provide reference for the selection and evaluation of suppliers of similar enterprises.
