本文认为ZH环保技术服务有限公司所处的环卫行业前景广阔,国家政策助推环卫市 场化向纵深发展,行业机械化加速推进,环卫清扫及垃圾分类装备技术持续升级,新能 源环卫技术应用趋势日益显现,智慧信息化逐步改变环卫管理模式,宏观环境良好。ZH 环保公司竞争环境日趋激烈。一是竞争对手数量多,整体实力不俗。二是装备制造商议 价能力较强。三是环卫服务购买方的要求和标准日益提升,加大公司运营压力。 ZH环保公司应选择SO发展战略,明确“市政环卫机械应用服务专家”的发展定位, 深耕广西城乡环卫绿化市场,制定一体化发展战略体系,发挥公司在专用装备、市政工 程、环卫服务等一系列产品和增值服务优势,成为环卫一体化专业服务提供商。一是立 足市政机械设备主业,持续提升装备销售应用专业能力,整合环卫保洁、垃圾清运、培 训维护、园林绿化等中下游产业链条,提供更具附加值的机械化技术服务。二是城乡业 务两手抓,实施细分市场差异化管理,根据城镇和乡村不同的基础设施环境,提供更有 针对性的定制服务,有序扩大区域部署。三是抓住行业新能源、智能化发展趋势,引入 具有垃圾智能分拣功能的新型车辆,择机引进国内领先的环卫信息化管理系统,并积极 运用于广西环卫市场,打造市政环卫智慧型企业。 本文从四个方面提出ZH环保公司发展战略实施措施保障。一是优化资本运营,为 战略实施提供财务支持。二是构建高质人才团队,增强战略执行力。三是注重渠道建设, 夯实企业品牌价值。四是培育企业文化,凝聚战略合力。 关键词:ZH环保技术服务有限公司;SWOT分析;发展战略 II THESTUDYONDEVELOPMENTSTRATEGYOF ZHENVIRONMENTALPROTECTIONTECHNOLOGYSERVICECO.,LTD ABSTRACT Thispaperholdsthattheenvironmentalsanitationindustryhasabroadprospect,the industrialpoliciespromotethecommercializationofenvironmentalsanitation.The mechanizationisaccelerated,theequipmenttechnologyofenvironmentalcleaningandwaste classificationiscontinuouslyupgraded,theapplicationtrendofnewenergyandintelligent environmentalsanitationtechnologyisincreasinglyemerging.Thecompetitionenvironment ofZHEnvironmentalProtectionTechnologyServiceCo.,Ltdisfierce,includingalarge numberofcompetitors,strongbargainingpowerofequipmentmanufacturersandincreasing demandfromservicebuyers. ZHcompanyshouldchooseSOdevelopmentstrategy,whichistodefinethe developmentorientationof"municipalsanitationmachineryapplicationserviceexpert", exploretheurbanandruralsanitationandgreeningmarketinGuangxi,implementrelated diversifieddevelopmentstrategysystem,andbecomeaprofessionalsanitationintegration serviceprovider.Thefirstistointegratetheindustrialchainofthemiddleandlowerreaches, suchassanitationandcleaning,garbageremovalandtransportation,landscapingand maintenance,andprovidevalue-addedmechanizedtechnicalservices.Second,itshouldfocus onurbanandruralbusiness,implementdifferentiatedmanagementofmarketsegments.Third, Theadvancedelectricvehicleandenvironmentalsanitationinformationmanagementsystem areintroducedandactivelyusedinGuangxienvironmentalsanitationmarket. ThispaperproposessomemeasurestoensuretheimplementationofZHcompany’s developmentstrategy.First,itshouldoptimizecapitaloperationandprovidefinancialsupport fortheimplementationofthestrategy.Secondistobuildahigh-qualitytalentteamand enhancethestrategicexecution.Third,itshouldpayattentiontochannelconstructionand consolidatethebrandvalueoftheenterprise.Fourthistocultivatecorporatecultureand enhancestaffcohesion.
