随着国内互联网消费金融的迅猛发展,互联网消费金融贷款规模快速增长。 互联网消费金融放贷规模从从2014年0.02万亿增长至2018年7.8万亿,增长近 400倍。在互联网消费金融行业高速增长的背后,也暴露出诸多风险与问题,例 如贷款逾期率高、客户欺诈与违约严重、客户信息泄露与暴力催收屡禁不止等等。 与此同时,政府监管部门加强互联网金融监管,也使得互联网消费金融行业面临的 风险形势日趋复杂,互联网消费金融面临前所未有的挑战,如何有效的改进和提升 消费金融风险控制,成为互联网消费金融亟待解决的问题,研究互联消费金融企业 风险控制改进对互联网消费金融公司健康发展具有重要意义。 首先,本文通过研究金融风险控制及大数据风险控制理论,结合互联网消费金 融行业风险控制实践,总结得出互联网消费金融行业风险控制经验教训,其次阐 述小牛普惠公司互联网消费金融风险控制现状,通过调查问卷法及二手数据法进 行分析,评价其风险控制成效,分析与定位当前风险控制问题及其成因,最后针 对风险控制问题提出改进措施,具体包括对信用记录的管控,健全及完善征信体 系,完善消费贷款的控制流程以及风险控制人员考核机制,通过改进措施提升企 业风险控制能力,降低小牛普惠公司互联网消费金融风险水平。 本文以理论知识作为课题的理论基础,借鉴互联网消费金融行业领先企业的 经验,通过改进互联网消费金融风险控制研究,丰富大数据风险控制领域的研究 与实践;通过风险控制改进研究强化客户准入授信管控,降低风险控制成本,提 升企业关键能力,同时该研究也为同行企业提供借鉴。目前在互联网消费金融业 务中应用区块链的案例相对较少,将区块链引入风险控制与征信体系建设,改进 互联网消费金融风险控制,为该领域的研究提供新的思路。 关键词:互联网消费金融,小牛普惠公司,风险控制,大数据风控 区块链征信 MBA学位论文 作者:曲卫军 小牛普惠公司互联网消费金融风险控制改进研究 III Research on the Improvement of Internet Consumer Finance Risk Control in XN Internet Finance Company Abstract With the increasing integration between the mobile Internet and the traditional consumer finance industry, the domestic internet consumer finance has developed rapidly. The scale of Internet consumer finance lending increased from 0.02 trillion in 2014 to 7.8 trillion in 2018, an increase of nearly 400 times. Behind the rapid growth of the internet consumer finance industry, there are also a series of problems and risks, such as increased customer fraud and default rates, the leakage of customer information, violent collection and others. At the same time, the strengthened regulation compliance by government has also complicated the risk situation facing the Internet consumer finance industry, bringing challenges to the industry than ever before. How to effectively improve and enhance consumer financial risk control has become an urgent issue for the Internet consumer finance industry. Research on the improvement of the risk control at Internet consumer finance companies is of great value and significance to the healthy development of the consumer finance industry. This article summarizes the lessons learned from risk control in the Internet consumer industry by studying the theories of financial and big data risk control, which combined with the industry risk control practices. And then it introduces the current status of risk control of internet consumer finance at Neo Inclusive Finance, an Internet Finance Company, analyzes its risk control using questionnaires and second-hand data methods, evaluates the effectiveness of its risk control, and identifies the current risk control issues and their causes. Finally, it describes the improvement measures for these risk control issues, including access to the credit records, the improvement of credit system, consumer loan control process and performance evaluation for risk control personnel, and shows how to improve the corporate risk control capabilities, thus reducing the internet consumer finance risk at Neo Inclusive Finance. At the same time, the study also provides reference for peer companies. Now, there are relatively few cases where blockchain is applied in the Internet consumer finance business.
