转型经济下的中国,大规模的创业机会由制度变迁带来。本文在 这样的创业背景下,深入抗体行业目前存在的问题,研究W公司如何 通过制度创业战略把握发展机遇。鉴于制度创业战略的制定和实施目 前还有没有成熟的框架,本文首先通过文献分析法,回顾了制度创业 和创业战略的研究进展。然后基于制度理论,从制度创业机会的战略 性开发入手,分析合法性感知的影响因素,提出了制度创业战略制定 框架。再针对目前制度创业战略制定因素、实施与保障方面的不足, 结合行业情况提出了相应的解决方案。最后通过实地调研法,以W公 司为样本,深入分析其面临的制度创业机会与类型,所处场域状态, 以及自身特质,制定了与合法性诉求相匹配的营销战略。 研究发现:(1)制度创业的过程是制度创业者运用制度创业战略 开发制度创业机会与获取合法性的过程;(2)合法性的感知受到制度 创业机会与变革类型、场域状态、制度创业者特质的共同影响,而合 法性的诉求对创业战略的选择有决定性作用;(3)制度创业战略制定 与实施的关键,是制度创业者根据自身特质,结合创业机会与场域状 态有效进行合法性感知,选择与之相匹配的创业战略。本文的研究不 仅在理论方面为制度创业战略的制定与实施提供了良好的思路与参 II 考框架,丰富了制度创业与创业战略方面的内容,还在实践方面为企 业如何在转型经济下,运用制度创业战略把握制度变迁带来的创业机 会,实现长远发展,提供了借鉴。 关键词:制度创业 创业战略 制度创业战略 合法性 III RESEARCH ON ENTERPRISE'S INSTITUTIONAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP STRATEGY ——TAKING W COMPANY AS AN EXAMPLE ABSTRACT China is in a transitional economy, and large-scale entrepreneurial opportunities are brought about by institutional changes. In this entrepreneurial background, this article explores the current problems in the antibody industry and studies how W Company can seize development opportunities through institutional entrepreneurship strategies. In view of the fact that there is no mature framework for the formulation and implementation of institutional entrepreneurship strategies, the article first reviews the research progress of institutional entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial strategies through literature analysis. Then based on institutional theory, starting with the strategic development of institutional entrepreneurship opportunities, analyzing the influencing factors of legitimacy perception, and proposing a framework for institutional entrepreneurship strategy formulation. Aiming at the IV shortcomings of the current institutional entrepreneurship strategy formulation factors, implementation and guarantees, the corresponding solutions are proposed based on the industry situation. Finally, through the field survey method, taking W company as a sample, in-depth analysis of the institutional entrepreneurial opportunities and types, the field status, and its own characteristics that it faces, formulate a marketing strategy that matches the legality requirements. The study found that: (1) the process of institutional entrepreneurship is the process of institutional entrepreneurs using institutional entrepreneurship strategies to develop institutional entrepreneurship opportunities and obtain legitimacy; (2) the perception of legitimacy is subject to institutional entrepreneurship opportunities and types of change, field status, institutional entrepreneurship The common influence of the traits of the individual, and the demand for legitimacy has a decisive effect on the choice of entrepreneurial strategy; (3) The key to the formulation and implementation of the institutional entrepreneurship strategy is that the institutional entrepreneurs effectively legalize the combination of entrepreneurial opportunities and field status according to their own traits Sexy knowledge, choose the matching entrepreneurial strategy. The study of the article not only provides a good idea and reference framework for the formulation and implementation of institutional V entrepreneurship strategy in theory, but also enriches the content of institutional entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship strategy. It also provides practical practices for enterprises to use institutional entrepreneurship in a transitional economy. Strategically grasping the entrepreneurial opportunities brought by institutional changes and achieving long-term development provides a reference.
