本研究以智能制造企业技能型员工为研究对象,通过在国内外己有文献研究基础上, 搜集智能制造的发展趋势、汽车零部件产业的动态、对标国内外标杆企业及技能型员工 的培养现状和工匠精神的发扬与传承等方面的资料,以此进行交叉、对比分析,探索智 能制造与技能型员工发扬工匠精神之间的关系。并结合管理学相关理论提出研究假设。 使用实证分析方式探究HS公司员工在智能制造背景下发扬工匠精神之间关系,以调查 问卷的方式收集数据并进行实证分析。 实证研究得知,HS企业智能制造模式对于技能型员工工匠精神培育具有正向推动 作用。即企业可以通过营造智能制造环境推动技能型员工工匠精神在专业敬业与执着专 注、认真严谨精益求精、尊师重道求实创新三个不同方向的精神建设,实现技能型员工 工匠精神的培育目标。并以此归纳出HS公司技能型员工工匠精神培育的主体性原则、 务实原则和企业个人协同发展原则。提出HS公司智能制造背景下技能型员工工匠精神 培育内容,包括:强化技能型员工专业技能,帮助技能型员工树立正确价值观念,强化 技能型员工的职业道德教育,培育技能型员工创新精神。在优化路径方面,建立健全 HS技能型员工匠精神培育机制;完善工匠精神培育的企业文化环境;丰富HS企业工 匠精神培育载体;借鉴国内外工匠精神培育成功经验。 关键词:智能制造,工匠精神,技能型员工 II Abstract Thisresearchtakestheintelligentmanufacturingenterprisetechnicalstaffastheresearch object,throughthedomesticandforeignliteratureresearchfoundation,collectstheintelligent manufacturingdevelopmenttrend,theautomobilepartsindustrydynamics,thestandard countryandthedomesticandforeignstandardbenchmarkingenterpriseandthetechnical stafftrainingpresentsituationandthecraftsmanspiritdevelopmentandtheinheritanceandso on,carriesonthecross,thecontrastanalysis,explorestheintelligentmanufacturingandthe technicalstaffdevelopsthecraftsmanspiritrelations.Theresearchhypothesisisputforward incombinationwiththerelevanttheoriesofmanagement.Usingempiricalanalysistoexplore therelationshipbetweenHSemployeesdevelopingcraftsmanspiritinthecontextof intelligentmanufacturing,collectingdatabyquestionnaireandforempiricalanalysis. TheempiricalstudyshowsthattheintelligentmanufacturingmodelofHSenterprisehas apositiveeffectonthecultivationofcraftsmanspiritofskilledstaff.Thatis,bycreatingan intelligentmanufacturingenvironment,theenterprisecanpromotethespiritofskilledstaff craftsmanspiritinthethreedifferentdirectionsofprofessionaldedicationanddedication, seriousandrigorousexcellence,respectforteachersandrespectfortruthandinnovation,and realizethecultivationgoalofskilledstaffcraftsmanspirit.Inthisway,theauthorconcludes theprincipleofsubjectivity,pragmatismandindividualcooperativedevelopmentof skill-basedemployeecraftsmanspiritinHSCompany.Thispaperputsforwardthe optimizationpathofcraftsmanspiritcultivationforskilledemployeesunderthebackground ofintelligentmanufacturinginHScompany,including:strongTurntheskilltypestaff professionalskill,helptheskilltypestafftosetupthecorrectvalueidea,strengthenthe professionalethicseducationoftheskilltypestaff,cultivatetheskilltypestaffinnovation spirit.Intheconcreteimplementationaspect,establishandperfecttheHSskilledworker craftsmanspiritcultivationmechanism;perfectthecraftsmanspiritcultivationenterprise cultureenvironment;enrichtheHSenterprisecraftsmanspiritcultivationcarrier;draw lessonsfromthedomesticandforeigncraftsmanspiritcultivationsuccessexperience.
