高技术制造业企业具有更加活跃的技术创新行为,面临在复杂多变的市场竞 争环境下,更加愿意投入资金进行新技术的研发、与其他企业进行技术研发合作。 面临复杂的市场环境,高技术制造业企业发展战略的选择十分重要,充分利用自 身知识优势,提高技术多元化成为了越来越多企业的选择。吸收能力是企业对信 息和知识的消化、识别以及商业化应用的能力的综合,对于企业自身学习新知识、 吸纳新技术、研发新产品有着重要的意义。高技术制造业企业由于研发行为活跃, 更倾向于与其他企业进行合作创新,技术邻近性反映了企业间技术结构的相似程 度。这些变量都会对企业的技术创新绩效产生至关重要的影响。 基于以上问题,本研究将以140家沪深A股的上市公司获取的669个样本 为例,借助统计分析软件STATA 16.0,系统深入的探讨我国高技术制造业企业基 于核心技术资源进行有关技术多元化、吸收能力、技术邻近性与企业创新绩效的 影响关系。并分析吸收能力在技术多元化倒企业创新绩效的影响过程中是否存在 中介效应,以及技术邻近性在吸收能力影响企业创新绩效、技术邻近性影响企业 创新绩效的过程中有着怎样的调节作用。 研究结果表明技术多元化与利用式创新绩效和探索式创新绩效呈倒U型关 系;吸收能力与利用式创新绩效和探索式创新绩效显著正相关;吸收能力在技术 多元化影响利用式创新绩效和探索式创新绩效的过程中发挥部分中介作用;技术 邻近性在技术多元化影响利用式创新绩效的过程中发挥调节作用;技术邻近性在 吸收能力影响利用式创新绩效的过程中不存在调节作用;技术邻近性在吸收能力 影响探索式创新绩效的过程中发挥负向调节作用。技术邻近性正向调节技术多元 化通过吸收能力影响利用式创新绩效的中介效应;技术邻近性负向调节技术多元 化通过吸收能力影响探索式创新绩效的中介效应。本研究揭示了技术多元化对企 业技术创新绩效的具体作用机制,为高技术制造业企业提供了管理启示,有助于 我国高技术制造业企业根据自身情况调整多元化发展战略,选择合作创新伙伴, 并提高技术创新绩效。 关键词:高技术制造业;技术多元化;吸收能力;技术邻近性;创新绩效 Abstract High-tech manufacturing companies have more active technological innovation behaviors, face fierce market competition, and are more willing to conduct research and development of new technologies and cooperate with other companies in technological research and development. Faced with a complex market environment, the choice of high-tech manufacturing companies' development strategies is very important. Taking full advantage of their own knowledge and improving technological diversification have become the choice of more and more companies. Absorptive capacity is the ability of an enterprise to acquire external knowledge, and to digest, transform and apply the acquired knowledge, which is of great significance for the enterprise to learn new knowledge, absorb new technologies, and develop new products. High-tech manufacturing companies are more inclined to cooperate and innovate with other companies due to their active R&D activities. The proximity of technology reflects the similarity of the technology structure among enterprises. These variables will have a crucial impact on the company's technological innovation performance. Based on the above problems, this study will take 669 samples obtained by 140 companies as an example, and use the statistical analysis software STATA 16.0 to systematically discuss the technical diversification of China's high-tech manufacturing companies based on core technical resources. Relationship between innovation, absorptive capacity, technological proximity and enterprise innovation performance. And analyze whether the absorptive capacity has an intermediary effect in the process of technological diversification and the innovation performance of the enterprise, and how the proximity of technology plays a role in the process of absorptive capacity affecting the enterprise's innovation performance and technological proximity affecting the enterprise's innovation performance. The research results show that technology diversification has an inverted U-shaped relationship with utilization innovation performance and exploratory innovation performance; absorptive capacity is significantly positively correlated with utilization innovation performance and exploratory innovation performance; absorptive capacity influences utilization innovation performance and Exploratory innovation performance plays a part of the intermediary role; technological proximity plays a regulatory role in the process of technology diversification affecting utilization innovation performance; technological proximity does not have a regulating role in the process of absorptive capacity affecting utilization innovation performance; Technology proximity plays a negative regulating role in the process of absorptive capacity affecting exploratory innovation performance. Technological proximity positively regulates the mediating effect of technological diversification through utilization of absorption capacity; Technological proximity negatively regulates the mediating effect of technological diversification through absorption capacity of exploratory innovation performance. This research reveals the specific effect mechanism of technology diversification on enterprise technological innovation performance, provides management enlightenment for high-tech manufacturing enterprises, and helps China's high-tech manufacturing enterprises adjust their diversified development strategies according to their own conditions and choose cooperative innovation partners.
