大数据、云计算、人工智能等为核心的前沿金融科技的快速发展,从最 初提供互联网端口的支付、理财服务到公共缴费、身份识别、账户输出等新 业态的出现,拓展了金融服务的边界和能力。到全面切入资产定价、风险管 理等银行存、贷、汇等各项业务的核心领域。不仅改变了人们传统的消费理 念,而且还对商业银行零售业务带来了挑战。各家商业银行为应对金融科技 带来的新挑战,把握金融科技的发展契机,适时的创新金融服务,开放银行 这一新模式也就应运而生了。商业银行如何在零售业务上进行开放银行模式 的设计与应用,已经成为当下亟待研究的课题。 本文运用文献分析法对已有的研究理论进行论述,以H城商行为研究对 象,对H城商行零售银行业务发展状况进行分析,深入探究H城商银行零 售业务面临的挑战和H城商行零售业务开放银行设计的紧迫性,总结了H 城商行零售业务发展中存在的主要问题。提出了H城商行零售业务开放银行 模式设计思路、设计原则,进行了H城商行零售业务开放银行模式设计选择。 在此基础上,分别从强化银行核心零售业务、开放银行零售品牌建设、优化 零售业务定价体系方案、物理网点场景化改造、核心人才培育计划、全场景 金融云端架构设计和区块链+分布式数据对金融数据的应用等几大模块进行 了H城商银行零售业务开放银行模式设计。为保证H城商行零售业务开放 银行模式设计得到有效实施,还提出了相应的实施保障措施。希望研究能够 对H城商行零售业务开放银行模式设计与实施提供一定的指导和借鉴, 关键词:开放银行;API;零售银行业务 2 ABSTRACT Therapiddevelopmentofcutting-edgefinancialtechnologieswithbigdata, cloudcomputingandartificialintelligenceasthecorehasexpandedtheboundaries andcapabilitiesoffinancialservicesfromtheinitialpaymentandfinancial managementservicesthatprovideInternetportstotheemergenceofnewbusiness formssuchaspublicpayment,identityidentificationandaccountoutput.Tofullycut intoassetpricing,riskmanagementandotherbankdeposits,loans,foreignexchange andothercoreareasofbusiness.Itnotonlychangespeople'straditionalconsumption concept,butalsobringschallengestotheretailbusinessofcommercialbanks.Inorder tocopewiththenewchallengesbroughtbyfinancialtechnology,seizethe developmentopportunityoffinancialtechnologyandtimelyinnovatefinancial services,thenewmodelofopenbankhasemerged.Howtodesignandapplytheopen bankingmodelintheretailbusinessofcommercialbankshasbecomeanurgent subjecttobestudied. Literatureanalysismethod,thispaperdiscussesthestudyofexistingtheory,to researchtheHcitycommercialactofHcitybusinessretailbankingbusiness developmentconditionanalysis,delvingintothechallengefortheHcitycommercial bankretailbusinessandtheurgencyoftheHcitybusinessesopenretailbusinessbank design,summarizestheHcityfirmsthemainproblemsexistingintheretailbusiness development.ThispaperputsforwardthedesignideaandprincipleofHcity commercialbankretailbusinessopenbankmode,andcarriesonthedesignchoiceof Hcitycommercialbankretailbusinessopenbankmode.Onthisbasis,respectively, fromstrengtheningthecoreretailbusiness,openbankretailbrandconstruction, optimizationoftheretailbusinesspricingsystemscheme,thephysicalnetworkscene reconstruction,coretalentcultivationplan,thewholescenefinancialcloud architecturedesignandchainblock+distributeddatainfinancialdataandsoon severalbigmodulesoftheapplicationoftheHcitycommercialbankretailbusiness openbankingmodeldesign.Inordertoensuretheeffectiveimplementationofthe openbankingmodedesignoftheretailbusinessofHcitycommercialbank,the correspondingimplementationsafeguardmeasuresarealsoputforward.Itishoped thatthestudycanprovidecertainguidanceandreferenceforthedesignand implementationoftheopenbankingmodelofHCitycommercialbanksforretail business.
