近年来,我国互联网技术发展迅速,加上智能手机的快速普及和移动通讯方式的迭 代更新使得其与国内金融相关领域融合日益紧密,互联网金融也随之不断兴起。在这种 情况下,国内出现了越来越多网络众筹、P2P网络信贷、第三方支付、数字货币、大数据 金融、信息化金融机构等崭新的发展模式。各种新型互联网金融平台为小微企业提供了 便捷高效的融资方法,满足了小微企业的个性化需求,同时也很大程度上降低了金融机 构的市场准入条件,使传统金融格局发生了深刻变革,给商业银行传统的经营模式和业 务发展带来不少压力和挑战。在此背景下,商业银行在承受史无前例压力的同时,也迸发 了新的思路。基于当前经济环境,传统商业银行如何抓住机遇,加快发展互联网金融, 借此契机改进小微信贷业务发展策略,完善互联网金融平台的建设,促进互联网金融业 务发展,这不仅对商业银行具有重大的现实意义,也是未来转型发展的必经之路。 本文从关于小微信贷业务及互联网金融的相关文献综述出发,对商业银行发展互联 网金融进行了具体介绍,接着通过对我国五大国有商业银行之一的HG银行及其线上小 微信贷业务发展情况的介绍,提出其存在问题,并进行内外部原因分析,从两个方面提 出如何加快完善HG银行线上小微信贷业务的发展。在内部机制建设方面,完善组织架 构,强化人才队伍建设;创新优化产品设计,完善信贷产品体系;拓宽细分视角,实现 精准营销;完善考核激励制度,提高员工工作积极性;改进风险管理方式,做好全面风 险管控。在外部配套设施建设方面,完善政策支持体系;完善我国征信体系建设。希望 本文能促进HG银行线上小微信贷业务发展。同时也可以为其他商业银行提供参考借鉴, 从而促进商业银行线上小微信贷业务的发展。 关键词:HG银行;互联网金融;线上小微信贷业务 II RESEARCH ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF ONLINE SMALL AND MICRO CREDIT BUSINESS OF HG BANK ABSTRACT In recent years, the rapid development of Internet technology in our country, coupled with the rapid popularization of smart phones and the iterative renewal of mobile communication methods, makes it increasingly close to the integration of domestic financial related fields, and Internet finance also continues to rise. In this case, there are more and more new development models in China, such as network crowdfunding, P2P network credit, third-party payment, digital currency, big data finance, information-based financial institutions. All kinds of new Internet Financial platforms provide convenient and efficient financing methods for small and micro enterprises, meet the personalized needs of small and micro enterprises, reduce the market access conditions of financial institutions to a large extent, make profound changes in the traditional financial pattern, and bring many pressures and challenges to the traditional business model and business development of commercial banks. In this context, commercial banks are under unprecedented pressure, but also burst out new ideas. Based on the current economic environment, how can traditional commercial banks seize the opportunity to accelerate the development of Internet finance, take this opportunity to improve the development strategy of small and micro credit business, improve the construction of Internet finance platform, and promote the development of Internet finance business? This is not only of great practical significance for commercial banks, but also the only way for future transformation and development. Based on the literature review of small and micro credit business and Internet finance, this paper introduces the development of Internet Finance in commercial banks. Then, through the introduction of Hg bank, one of the five state-owned commercial banks in China, and the development of online small and micro credit business, it puts forward the existing problems, analyzes the internal and external reasons, and puts forward how to speed up the development of Internet finance from two aspects Improve the development of online small and micro credit III business of Hg bank. In terms of internal mechanism construction, improve the organizational structure, strengthen the construction of talent team; innovate and optimize product design, improve the credit product system; broaden the perspective of subdivision, realize precision marketing; improve the assessment and incentive system, improve the enthusiasm of employees; improve the risk management mode, and do a good job in overall risk control. In terms of the construction of external supporting facilities, we should improve the policy support system and the credit investigation system in China. I hope this paper can promote the development of online small and micro credit business of Hg bank. At the same time, it can also provide reference for other commercial banks, so as to promote the development of online small and micro credit business of commercial banks.
