2019年是中国的5G通信元年,中国大陆三大运营商(移动、联通、电信) 和广电获得了5G商用牌照。这意味着全国范围的大规模5G商用将快速展开。通 信市场将迎来又一次规模庞大的升级换代。对于通信电源厂家来讲,新一轮的市 场机遇又开始来临。 5G通信电源对技术、成本和交期要求的提升,也意味着市 场竞争会更加激烈,对企业新产品的开发能力提出了更高的要求。雅特公司作为 老牌的电源企业,在电源界享有盛誉,但是,自中国改革开发以来,随着本土电 源企业的快速崛起,雅特公司也面临着巨大的挑战。作为一家专业的电源公司, 如何适应新的市场要求,这是迫切需要解决的问题,同样也是雅特公司首要任务。 设计部门作为公司的核心部门,必须与时俱进,提升其产品的市场竞争力。 本文正是在此背景下对雅特公司现有的开发流程进行分析研究,运用问卷调 查法和文献研究等方法来进行分析研究,找出现有通信电源产品开发流程中急需 优化改善的地方,针对所发现的这些薄弱项,运用集成开发理论、价值链理论和 流程再造理论进行分析研究,参考学习同行业的先进经验,结合雅特公司的实际 情况,提出对应的优化建议和保障措施。期望此研究能够对雅特公司通信电源的 开发产生积极的促进作用,降低产品的开发成本、缩短产品的开发周期、提升公 司的产品竞争力。 雅特公司现有开发流程中的问题在集团公司其他设计中心都类似存在,希望 本研究的结果能够对集团其他设计中心提供借鉴参考,同时也对国内电源企业新 产品开发流程的优化提供一定的思路和方法。 关键词:通信电源,开发流程,集成开发 MBA学位论文 作者:胡猛 雅特公司通信电源产品开发流程优化研究 II RESEARCH ON THE PROCESS OPTIMIZATION OF YATE COMPANY TELECOM POWER DEVELOPMENT Abstract 2019 is the key year of 5G communications in China. The three major operators in the Chinese mainland (China mobile, China Unicom and China telecom) and China Broadcasting Group have obtained 5G commercial licenses. This means that the nationwide large-scale 5G commercial will expand rapidly. The communications market will usher in a huge upgrade. For communication power manufacturers, a new round of market opportunities is beginning to come. The requirement of technology, cost and delivery time required by 5G communication power also means that market competition will be more intense and higher requirements for the company's new product development capabilities. As an established power company, Yate Company enjoys a high reputation in the power industry. However, since China's reform and development, with the rapid improvement of local power companies, Yate Company is also facing great challenges. As a professional power supply company, how to adapt to the new market requirements, it's the primary task need to be solved. As the core department in Yate, the design department must keep pace with The Times and improve the market competitiveness of its products. Under this background, this paper analyzes and studies the existing design process of Yate Company. In view of the weak points in the company's development process of telecom power product, this paper applies the methods of questionnaire survey and literature research to analyze and research. Using the integrated development theory analysis, value chain theory and process reengineering theory, reference to learn the advanced experience in the industry, combining with the actual situation of Yate company, proposes the corresponding optimization suggestions and safeguard measures. It is expected that this research can promote the development of Yate Company’s telecom power supply, reduce the product development cost, shorten the product development cycle, and improve the company's product competitiveness.
