曾经有位著名的企业家说过:“我的工厂可以不要,但我不能放弃我的员工, 只要有了他们,我才可以继续做企业家”。可以看出,企业生存的第一劳动生产 率是人,而员工是企业的宝贵资产。通过企业培训可以让员工发挥更大的主动性 和责任感,因此培训是企业管理的重要组成部分。通过培训,您可以挖掘员工的 潜力,提高他们的工作技能,继承企业文化,增强企业凝聚力。所以重视对员工 的培训能帮助企业在现代社会的激烈竞争中立于不败之地。 本文以X公司为研究对象,采用调查问卷法及访谈法,在对X公司分析研 究的基础上,再通过结合国内和国外现有的培训体系和培训理论模型,对现有体 系存在的问题和原因进行深入挖掘,从而有针对性地提出培训体系中存在的问题。 本文逐步解决X公司当前培训体系存在的问题。其中培训体系的问题包含 了培训组织架构、培训流程、培训课程、培训讲师、培训制度上五个方面。通过 这项研究,希望能够帮助X公司解决其面临的员工培训问题,并以此提高公司 的整体竞争力。 关键词:X公司,培训体系,培训流程,培训课程 5 Abstract A famous entrepreneur once said, "I can get rid of the factory, but I can't give up my employees. As long as I have them, I can continue to be an entrepreneur.".It can be seen that people are the first labor productive force for the survival of an enterprise and a valuable asset for the enterprise. How to pay more attention to exploring employees' greater initiative and sense of responsibility? Training is an important link in enterprise human resource management. If an enterprise wants to be invincible in the competition of modern society, it must pay attention to employee training. Through training, you can tap the potential of employees, improve their work skills, pass on the corporate culture through training, and enhance corporate cohesion. This article takes company X as the research object, based on the analysis and research of the company's training system using the questionnaire method and interview method, combined with the existing domestic and foreign training systems, training theoretical models. The existing problems and causes of the existing system are deeply explored, so as to put forward the problems in the training system. The research results of this article are: Improve the existing training system of X company one by one. The problems of training system include training organization structure, training process, training course, training lecturer and training system. Through this research, I hope to help X company to solve its staff training problems, and improve the overall competitiveness of the company.
