现代通讯设备的普及,电商近些年的跨越式发展,农产品市场发展也找到了新的 契机,农产品实现了“上网触电”,各类以农产品为主电商企业相继涌现,农产品电 子商务发展迅猛,竞争激烈。之前比较传统的物流配送模式很难适应农产品在电商平 台销售的发展和需要,新的配送需求不断出现,为了更好的解决农产品电商物流配送 瓶颈问题,就需要新的物流配送模式。目前,在我国电子商务快速发展的大环境下农 产品物流配送得到了飞快发展,出现了多种电商经营模式及物流配送模式,但物流周 期长、损耗大、费用高的问题仍然没有得到根本解决。目前我国的农产品物流配送成 本相对较高,供求信息不完全对称,同时呈现“多品种、小批量、多批次、短周期” 的特点,难以满足顾客对农产品物流配送的要求。 本文以辛集市旧城镇云大集农产品电商中心作为研究对象,在查阅大量相关文献 资料的基础上,结合辛集市云大集农产品电商中心物流相关数据,对其消费者对于物 流配送满意度,以及与第三方物流合作现状进行分析,指出当前云大集农产品电商中 心物流配送存在的问题。通过相关理论研究方法探索影响辛集市云大集农产品电商中 心物流服务的主要因素,包括配送质量、客户感知、可靠性和售后服务质量。结合前 人研究成果和当前物流发展趋势,针对辛集市云大集农产品电商中心物流配送方面存 在的问题,构建第三方物流评价指标体系,运用层次分析法对第三方物流公司进行综 合评价,排序结果可作为辛集市云大集农产品电商中心第三方物流选择的依据。研究 结果对于促进辛集市云大集农产品电商中心物流长远发展、提高客户满意度,进而提 升企业综合竞争力具有一定的参考价值。 关键词:农产品物流配送模式层次分析法优化 III ABSTRACT Withthepopularizationofmoderncommunicationequipmentandtheleap-forward developmentofe-commerceinrecentyears,newopportunitieshavebeenfoundforthe developmentofagriculturalproductsmarket.Agriculturalproductshaveachieved"getting anelectricshockontheInternet",andvariouse-commerceenterprisesmainlybasedon agriculturalproductshaveemergedoneafteranother.Agriculturalproductse-commerce hasdevelopedrapidlyandthecompetitionisfierceparedwiththetraditionallogistics distributionmode,itisdifficulttoadapttothedevelopmentandneedsofagricultural productssalesone-commerceplatform,andnewdistributionneedsareconstantly emerging.Inordertobettersolvethebottleneckproblemofagriculturalproducts e-commercelogisticsdistribution,anewlogisticsdistributionmodeisneeded.Atpresent, Atpresent,thelogisticsanddistributioncostofagriculturalproductsinChinaisrelatively high,theinformationofsupplyanddemandisnotcompletelysymmetrical,anditis characterizedby"multi-variety,smallbatch,multi-batch,shortcycle",whichisdifficultto meettherequirementsofcustomersforlogisticsanddistributionofagriculturalproducts. Throughrelevanttheoreticalresearchmethods,thispaperexploresthemainfactorsthat affectthelogisticsserviceofxinjicityYundajiAgriculturalProductsE-commerceCenter, includingdistributionquality,customerperception,reliabilityandafter-salesservicequality. Combinedwithpreviousresearchresultsandcurrentlogisticsdevelopmenttrend,aimingat theproblemsexistinginlogisticsdistributionofxinjicityYundajiAgriculturalProducts E-commerceCenter,theevaluationindexsystemofthird-partylogisticswasconstructed, andthethird-partylogisticscompanieswerecomprehensivelyevaluatedbyAHP.The rankingresultscanbeusedasthebasisforthethird-partylogisticsselectionofxinjicity YundajiAgriculturalProductsE-commerceCenter.Theresearchresultshavecertain referencevalueforpromotingthelong-termdevelopmentoflogisticsinxinjicityYundaji AgriculturalProductsE-commerceCenter,improvingcustomersatisfactionandenhancing thecomprehensivecompetitivenessofenterprises.
