二十一世纪初期,“众包”一词被首次提出,众包是指一个机构将工作任 务外包给非特定的大众志愿者,不再由机构员工执行,从而帮助机构节约劳 动成本,最终提高机构的工作效率,提升机构的创造力。随着互联网不断升 级,科技越来越进步,企业无论是在工作的规划还是人员的管理方面,越来 越重视互联网技术,越来越依靠互联网技术,许多传统企业的商业模式受到 了新兴网络的冲击。在市场竞争中,许多公司意识到了外包的积极作用,并 采取支付劳动报酬的方式雇佣劳动者完成既定的工作任务,促进企业的升级 换代。 本论文通过对TX公司生产组织管理现状进行分析,归纳了TX公司在 生产组织过程中遇到的主要问题:(1)公司的人员配置问题和业务量波动幅 度之间的矛盾;(2)现有的外包方式带来的成本和质量问题。(3)缺乏高效 的生产管理工具。(4)激烈的市场竞争、人工成本提升带来的利润大幅降低 等。之后,论文对这些问题进行了详细的剖析,提出设计众包模式的生产组 织解决方案,然后通过SWOT分析方法评估判断众包模式的战略可行性,同 时制定了明确实施的工作。论文提出TX公司众包策略的总体思路、基本原 则和总体框架,并根据TX的业务及市场实际情况进行众包模式发展与挑战 的路线计划、组织架构的匹配调整、相关流程机制的调整优化。最后,从TX 公司众包策略的实施的原则,组织,执行,保障措施四个部分,对TX众包 策略的实施方案及保障措施给出了具体的解决办法。 本研究从TX公司生产组织管理的基本情况和现状出发,通过对TX公司 生产组织存在的问题进行总结和原因分析,有针对性的提出了TX公司设计 众包模式改革方案。最后对设计众包生产组织形式给出了实施和保障的措施, 为黑龙江中小型民营公司,特别知识服务密集型企业的生产组织提供了参考 和借鉴。对同规模的知识服务密集型公司进行生产组织体系设计、优化、评 估和完善具有一定的指导意义。 关键词:众包;生产组织;人力资源结构;资源成本效率 哈尔滨工业大学工商管理硕士学位论文 - II - Abstract In the early 21st century, the term "crowdsourcing" was first proposed. Crowdsourcing refers to an organization's outsourcing of work tasks to non-specific public volunteers, which is no longer carried out by the employees of the organization, so as to help the organization save labor costs, and ultimately improve the work efficiency and creativity of the organization. With the continuous upgrading of the Internet and the increasing progress of science and technology, enterprises pay more and more attention to Internet technology in terms of work planning and personnel management, and rely more and more on Internet technology. Many traditional business models of enterprises have been impacted by the emerging network. In the market competition, many companies are aware of the positive role of outsourcing, and take the way of paying labor remuneration to hire workers to complete the established tasks, and promote the upgrading of enterprises. Through the analysis of the current situation of TX company's production organization management, this paper summarizes the main problems TX company encounters in the process of production organization: (1) the contradiction between the company's staffing problem and the fluctuation range of business volume; (2) the cost and quality problems brought by the existing outsourcing mode. (3) Lack of efficient production management tools. (4) The fierce market competition and the sharp reduction of profits brought by the increase of labor costs. After that, the paper makes a detailed analysis of these problems, puts forward the production organization solution of designing crowdsourcing mode, then evaluates and judges the strategic feasibility of crowdsourcing mode through SWOT analysis method, and formulates a clear implementation work. This paper puts forward the general idea, basic principles and framework of TX crowdsourcing strategy, and according to the actual situation of TX business and market, the route plan of crowdsourcing mode development and challenges, the matching adjustment of organizational structure, and the adjustment and optimization of relevant process mechanism. Finally, from the four parts of TX crowdsourcing strategy implementation principle, 哈尔滨工业大学工商管理硕士学位论文 - III - organization, implementation and safeguard measures, specific solutions are given to the implementation plan and safeguard measures of TX crowdsourcing strategy. Starting from the basic situation and current situation of TX company's production organization management, this paper summarizes and analyses the problems existing in TX company's production organization, and puts forward the reform plan of TX company's design crowdsourcing mode. Finally, the measures to implement and guarantee the design of crowdsourcing production organization form are given, which can provide reference for the production organization of small and medium-sized private companies in Heilongjiang, especially knowledge service intensive enterprises. It has certain guiding significance to the design, optimization, evaluation and perfection of production organization system for knowledge service secret companies of the same scale.
