当前经济形势之下,随着儿童消费市场日益扩大,WD儿童娱乐公司正是国内涉 足儿童娱乐行业发展较快速的企业。但随着门店数量的日益扩张,岗位空缺、人员流 失率、招聘到岗速度及人员素质成为企业人力资源管理面临的重要问题。如何通过培 训工作,做好人才培养、梯队建设,为企业发展做好人才储备输出是各公司人力资源 从业者和运营部门管理人员需要思考和解决的问题。 本文首先对国内外CBET培训模型的发展及应用情况进行了分析,然后以WD公 司为例,阐述WD公司培训工作执行现状,分析其中所出现的问题,由现象到本质的 对问题进行剖析;最后提出将CBET模型与实际培训工作相结合建设WD公司员工培 训体系。此培训体系设计是以CBET培训模型的十二个步骤为基础,根据企业的实际 经营管理情况,以理论与操作示例相结合的方式,演示体系搭建过程。在培训体系设 计后又对培训效果评估进行分析;以及对体系实施保障各相关因素进行梳理,提出思 路方向。希望通过对WD公司以CBET模型为基础的培训体系能够对企业经营管理起 到助力作用,能够为公司发展扩大做好后备人才培养,为企业快速发展提供人才保 障;同时也希望能够将能力教育与企业人才培养更高效的结合,为企业员工的职业教 育提供新的方向。 关键词:CBET模型;培训体系;体系实施 哈尔滨工程大学工商管理硕士学位论文 Abstract WDchildren'sentertainmentcompanyisafastdevelopingenterpriseinthedomestic children'sentertainmentindustryasthechildren'sconsumptionmarketisexpandingdayby dayunderthecurrenteconomicsituation.However,itisveryimportantforHRMtofacethe jobvacancy,staffturnoverrate,recruitmentspeedandpersonnelqualitywiththeincreasing expansionofthenumberofstores.Humanresourcepractitionersandoperationdepartment managersshouldconsiderhowtoperformcultivatetalents,echelonconstructionandtalent reserveoutputforcompanydevelopmentthroughtraining. Firstofall,ThispaperfirstlyanalyzesthedevelopmentandapplicationofCBETtraining modelathomeandabroad.Secondly,asanexample,itexpoundstheimplementationstatusof WDcompany'strainingwork,analyzestheexistingproblemsfromphenomenontoessence. Finally,theCBETmodeliscombinedwiththeactualtrainingworktobuildthestafftraining systemofWDcompany.Thedesignofthetrainingsystemisbasedonthetwelvestepsofthe CBETtrainingmodel,accordingtotheactualoperationandmanagementoftheenterprise, anddemonstratedthesystembuildingprocessbycombiningtheorywithoperationexamples. Theevaluationofthetrainingeffectisanalyzedafterthedesignofthetrainingsystem.And theimplementationofthesystemtoensuretherelevantfactorsaresortedout,putforwardthe directionofthinking.ItishopedthattheCBETmodel-basedtrainingsystemofWDcompany canplayahelpingroleinenterpriseoperationandmanagement,trainreservetalentsforthe expansionofthecompany,andprovidetalentguaranteefortherapiddevelopmentofthe company.Atthesametime,wealsohopetocombinetheabilityeducationwiththeenterprise talenttrainingmoreefficientlytoprovideanewdirectionforthecompanyemployees' vocationaleducation.
