会导致各种问题的产生与扩大,因此企业需要不断地寻求各种方案去解决这些问题。除
了通过招募人才,加大投资,改变经营策略的手段之外,还可以通过培训提升组织与员
工的能力,从而增强企业的应对能力,增强企业的竞争力,使企业在纷繁多变的环境中
更加自如的生存与发展。
本文主要研究讨论了人力资源管理中的培训模块,以人力资源管理、组织行为学、
企业文化等相关理论为根本出发点,以系统性、完整性、创新性的思想为基础,借鉴了
国内外成功的员工培训理论及案例,采用理论和实践相结合的方法,围绕陕西天河公司
的发展战略规划,研究剖析了本公司培训的现状,总结了企业目前在培训工作弊端与不
足,通过对企业目前的培训需求分析、培训目标的制定、培训计划制定、培训体系实施
及保障等方面,提出具体措施,设计出有对本企业具有实效性且易于操作的培训体系,
以期达到培训满足企业战略发展和员工的职业生涯规划的目的。

Abstract
In the changing times,the development of enterprises tends to be
dynamical.The change of either inner or outer environment would lead to
various problems and enlargement of problems. In this sense,enterprises are
probably in the need of searching for different solutions to these problematical
issues. In addition to talents recruitment,investment expansion,strategic
adjustment,enterprises may consider ways of training to improve employees,
capabilities, which could strengthen business competitiveness and abilities of
reaction. It proposed that training is quite helpful in the respect of existing and
developing in the complicated environment.
This dissertation mainly researched the section of training on human
resource management. It referred to systematic, complete and creative ideas as
the theoretical foundation, applying theories related to human resources
management,organizational behavior studies and enterprise culture as the staring
point. Apart from that,by combing the theory and practice,it analyzed a number
of training theories and successful cases in home and abroad. Specifically, the
paper took Tian He Cooperation as an example. According to the strategies of
business development,it studied the company and summarized the defects on
training. Based on the result of the analysis on training demands, plants,
objectives, implementation and insurance, the paper proposed a series of
improvement measures. It is believed that a practical and feasible training
system may help to realize the goal of enterprises, development and employees,
career plans.
