I 摘要 随着国民旅游消费的升级，非标住宿业进入了快速发展阶段，住宿的定制化和个性 化也逐步凸显。安州区乡村民宿从2010年的10余家发展到现在的112家，已经成为安州区 乡村旅游发展的一个新的增长点，但也存在诸多问题制约着乡村民宿的发展：民宿整体 规模较小、效益不高、区域竞争力不强，集群效应不明显等。具体体现为客源整体不 足，民宿企业独立运转成本高，规范化和个性化程度低，无法满足消费者日渐提升的民 宿体验需求，安州区乡村民宿在可预见的未来将会面临发展瓶颈。 在上述背景下，如何实现安州区乡村民宿的可持续发展，能够为今后相关的实践提 供有价值的参考。本文采用了文献分析法、实地调查法等方法，整理概括了国内外文献 对乡村民宿的研究结果，基于资源整合理论、产业集群理论，对安州区乡村民宿的发展 现状、存在问题进行了全面深入的分析，并针对问题提出了安州区乡村民宿的可持续发 展策略。整篇论文分为六个部分： 第一部分为绪论。包括研究背景、目的及意义,研究方法、内容和论文思路； 第二部分文献综述。主要对已有的乡村民宿研究进行查阅、分析、总结和评述，介 绍了乡村民宿的定义、类型和特点，结合资源整合理论的概念对乡村民宿的资源进行分 类，提出资源整合对乡村民宿发展的影响机理； 第三部分通过对实地调查结果、官方数据的分析介绍安州区乡村民宿的资源条件及 发展概况； 第四部分就安州区乡村民宿发展中存在的问题进行分析，从资源整合理论的角度论 述产生问题的主要原因是乡村民宿的资源缺乏整合。 第五部分为对策建议，通过整体规划整合民宿旅游、整合文化资源增加文化内涵、 整合民宿产品体系、整合人力资源、实施整体营销等措施，推动安州区乡村民宿产业集 群的形成，使民宿从散户型自主经营转变为互补性战略联盟下的一体化经营，为安州区 乡村民宿可持续发展提供了方案，同时给出了乡村民宿资源整合的政府保障措施。并说 明了实施资源整合后，民宿集群为内部民宿企业等带来的效益。 第六部分，说明研究的局限。 关 键 词：乡村民宿；资源整合；产业集群；发展策略 论文类型：专题研究 西南科技大学硕士学位论文 II ABSTRACT With the upgrading of national tourism consumption, the non-standard accommodation industry has entered a stage of rapid development, and the customization and personalization of accommodation has gradually become prominent.The number of Anzhou District Homestays has grown from more than 10 in 2010 to 112 now, and has entered a stage of rapid growth. It has become a new growth point for rural tourism development in Anzhou District, and its problems have gradually become prominent: The overall size of the homestay is small, the benefits are not high, and the regional competitiveness is not strong. At the same time, the homogenization of hotel products, the lack of cultural connotation, and the low quality of service can not meet the needs of consumers' increasingly improved homestay experience. Anzhou District Homestay will face bottlenecks in the foreseeable future. Under this background, how to realize the sustainable operation of Anzhou District Homestay can provide valuable reference for relevant practice in the future. This paper adopts methods such as literature analysis and field investigation, and summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign literatures on the country house. Based on the theory of resource integration and industrial cluster theory, the development status and existing problems of the villages in Anzhou District a comprehensive and in-depth analysis was carried out, and the sustainable development strategy of the Anzhou District Homestay was proposed.The whole paper is divided into six parts: The first part is an introduction. Including the research background, purpose and significance, research methods, content and ideas of the thesis; the second part of the literature review mainly reviews, analyzes, summarizes and reviews the existing Homestay research, introduces the definition, type and characteristics of the Homestay, and combines The concept of resource integration theory classifies the resources of the District Homestay and proposes the mechanism of the influence of resource integration on the development of the District Homestay. The third part introduces the resource conditions and development of the Anzhou District Homestay by analyzing the results of the field survey and official data.The fourth part analyzes the problems existing in the development of rural houses in Anzhou District. The main reason for the problems arising from the perspective of resource integration theory is the lack of integration of resources in the homestay.The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions. Through the overall planning, integrating the tourism of the hotel, integrating the cultural resources to increase the cultural connotation, integrating the hotel product system, integrating the human resources, and implementing the overall marketing, etc., promote the formation of the industrial cluster of the Anzhou district homestay, so that the homestay.The retail-oriented self-management transformation into an integrated operation under the complementary strategic alliance provides a solution for the sustainable development of the rural houses in Anzhou, and ABSTRACT III also gives the government guarantee measures for the integration of the resources of the homestay.
