“发展是第一要务,人才是第一资源,创新是第一动力。”习总书记高度 重视人才工作。拥有人才就是拥有未来,是社会各界的共识。随着全球经济的 不断发展,企业对高端人才的迫切需求,催生猎头行业爆炸式发展,自上个世 纪 90 年代美国出现第一家猎头公司以来,猎头行业历经近百年,在发达国家已 经发展较为成熟,但在中国起步较晚,有着巨大的成长空间,也面临一系列的 挑战。1992 年第一家猎头公司在沈阳成立,标志着猎头行业正式跨入国门。跟 国际顶级猎头品牌相比,本土猎头公司的发展空间很大,但综合实力比较薄 弱,长远发展道路崎岖。KNW 猎头公司成立于 2011 年,是一家从事猎头招聘的 有限合伙制公司,总部在四川省成都市高新区,同时在郫都区、重庆市及武汉 市均有合作伙伴。公司创始人是两名有近十年人力资源培训管理经验的名校管 理专业硕士创建,公司规模最大的时候有员工近百名,主要针对 IT 业和房地产 业的人才高端人才猎聘。本土猎头公司,一方面要模仿学习国际知名猎头的运 营模式与管理方法,另一方面还要与本市 3000 多家规模相当的猎头争夺资源。 KNW 猎头行业如何在激烈的竞争中生存下去并获得长远发展的机会,是本论文 想要探索的问题。 研究发现随着市场机会的减少和行业竞争激烈程度的上升,企业盈利水平 的高低很大程度上取决于企业的内部资源和能力,并且只有稀缺的、难以模仿 的、无法替代的资源才是有价值的。企业优势并不是天生的,而是在企业在适 应和利用环境过程中经历重大决策及行动创造的。本文对国内外猎头行业发展 进行深入研究,学习国内外企业发展战略研究方法和思路,选择成都高新区KNW 猎头公司为研究对象,利用PEST分析法对KNW猎头公司内外部环境进行分析、探 讨猎头行业的五种竞争力量的强弱对比,重点应用SWOT分析法揭示KNW猎头公司 当前发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁。研究KNW猎头公司的长远发展优势,得出 公司现阶段更适合差异化发展战略,并提出六大战略举措保障战略顺利实施。 关键词:猎头公司,聚焦化战略,发展战略昆明理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文 猎头公司发展战略研究 VI Abstract "Development is the first priority, talent is the first resource, and innovation is the first driving force." President Xi pays high attention to the talent development in China, because having talent means own the future, which is the consensus of all sectors of society. Along with global economy continuous development, the enterprise has the pressing needs of the high-end talent, this has created explosive development of headhunting industry. Since the first headhunting company opened in United States in 1890s, headhunting industry has developed about one more hundred years, now it is the mature industry in developed countries, but it has started late in China, this means it has a huge space to grow up in China with a series of challenges. In 1992, the first headhunting company was established in Shenyang, China. which marked that the headhunting industry entered into the country formally. Compared with the top international headhunting brands, local headhunting companies have a large space for development, but their comprehensive strength is relatively weak. So there is a long-term development and difficult path for local headhunting companies. KNW Headhunting company was established in 2011, which is a limited partnership engaged in headhunting and recruitment, their head office is located in High-tech district, Chengdu, Sichuan province, and it has partnerships in Pidu District, Chengdu, Chongqing and Wuhan. This company was founded by two masters who have nearly ten years of experience in human resources training and management area, the company had nearly 100 employees at its largest scale, their business mainly focused on IT and real estate area. As local headhunting companies, they shall imitate and learn the operation mode and management method from international renowned headhunting companies, and they also compete with more than 3,000 headhunting companies in similar scale for marketing resource sharing in this city. Then how to survive in the fierce competition and get the chance for long-term development in the headhunting industry, this is the main point of this paper exploring. The research finds that along with the decrease of market opportunities and the increase of industry competition, the profitability of enterprises largely depends on the internal management and capabilities of enterprises, and only the scarce, valuable, inimitable and irreplaceable resource capabilities are much important and worthy for昆明理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文 猎头公司发展战略研究 VII those kind of companies. Enterprise’s advantages are not innate, it can be created by major decisions and actions in the process of adapting to and utilizing the environment. This paper has deeply studied both domestic and international headhunting industry, learning development strategy and research method from both kind of enterprises, and it takes xx headhunting company as the research object by means of PEST analysis method, which analyzes the internal and external environment of xx headhunting company, it researches the five competitive forces of headhunting industry and the associated advantages and disadvantages, this paper focus on application of SWOT analysis on xx headhunting company current development strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. By studying the long- term development advantages of KNW headhunting company, it is concluded that the company is more suitable for the differentiated development strategy at the present stage, and six strategic measures are proposed to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy.
