-I- 摘要 设备是企业获取市场的重要物质资源与保障，是企业生存与发展的必要条件之 一。旭阳集团主要以焦化、煤化工产业为主，各生产公司的设备数量较大、复杂程 度高。同时旭阳集团设备信息化建设起步较晚、信息化水平与国内设备管理信息化 先进企业差距较大，且国内焦化企业设备管理信息化均未形成有效的体系，无成熟 的信息化模式可以借鉴，因此做好旭阳集团设备管理信息化的研究工作，是提升旭 阳集团核心竞争力的有效手段。本文以旭阳集团为例，进行了设备管理信息化的相 关研究。 首先，本文在梳理国内外设备信息化管理文献的基础上分析了设备管理的含义、 发展现状以及未来的发展趋势，介绍了主要的设备管理理论。在信息技术方面重点 阐述了企业信息化管理的相关概念，进而将概念延伸到设备管理的信息化，分析了 基于设备信息化进行综合管理的若干主要思想。 其次，对旭阳集团目前的设备管理现状进行了分析，对该企业在设备管理中应 用信息技术的情况进行了讨论。尽管目前旭阳集团在设备档案管理、设备巡检管理 以及设备备件库存管理三方面进行了信息化建设，但是实际上旭阳集团的设备管理 效率依然处于较低状态，简单的技术堆砌很难达到预期的设备管理效果。 再次，针对旭阳集团的设备管理信息化情况进行深入讨论，找出了其中存在的 问题，并从战略规划的因素、实际开发的因素以及实际应用的因素三方面分析了产 生设备管理信息化问题的原因，并提出了改进方案。即从技术角度分析了旭阳集团 设备信息化建设方案，从资产管理、设备巡检、设备检修、设备备件以及设备档案 管理五个方面讨论了技术改进措施。 最后，从制度流程再造、学习及培训、技术保障以及资金保障等五个方面提 出了信息化建设的保障措施。 关键词：设备管理；信息化；设备巡检；设备检修 燕山大学工商管理硕士学位论文 -II- Abstract Equipment is an important material resource and guarantee for enterprises to gain market. It is one of the necessary conditions for enterprises to survive and develop. Xuyang group mainly focuses on coking and coal chemical industry, and the equipment of each production company is large and complicated. At the same time, the construction of the equipment informatization of the Xuyang group is relatively late, the information level has a large gap with the advanced enterprises in the information technology of domestic equipment management, and the equipment management information of the domestic coking enterprises has not formed an effective system, and the immature information mode can be used for reference. Therefore, the research work on the equipment management information of the Xuyang group is done. It is an effective way to enhance the core competitiveness of Xuyang group. Taking Xuyang group as an example, this paper has carried out related research on equipment management informatization. Firstly, this paper analyzes the meaning, current situation and future trend of equipment management on the basis of combing the information management documents at home and abroad, and introduces the main equipment management theory. In the aspect of information technology, this paper mainly expounds the related concepts of enterprise information management, then extends the concept to the information management of equipment, and analyzes some main ideas of integrated management based on equipment information management. Secondly, the current situation of equipment management in Xuyang group is analyzed, and the application of information technology in equipment management is discussed. In spite of the information construction in the three aspects of equipment file management, equipment inspection management and equipment spare parts inventory management, the efficiency of equipment management is still in a low state, and it is difficult to achieve the desired effect of equipment management. Thirdly, the paper discusses the equipment management informatization situation of Abstract -III- Xuyang group in depth, finds out the existing problems, and analyzes the reasons of the equipment management informatization problem from three aspects: the factors of strategic planning, the factors of actual development and the factors of practical application, and puts forward the improvement plan. This paper analyzes the information construction plan of Xuyang group from the technical point of view, and discusses the technical improvement measures from five aspects: assets management, equipment inspection, equipment maintenance ,equipment spare parts management and equipment file management. Finally, the paper analyzes the safeguard measures of informatization construction from five aspects: system process reengineering, learning and training, technical support and financial support.
