-I- 摘要 随着社会经济的迅猛发展,金融业的发展对于各行各业都有着重要的影响。商 业银行作为传统金融业,在互联网金融的背景下,已经从蓝海进入红海领域,面临 着前所未有的机遇和挑战。在其经营和管理过程中,商业银行应结合市场形势,做 好相关业务调整工作。针对于这一情况,商业银行在发展过程中建立有效的绩效管 理体系,激发人才优势,进一步提升商业银行的发展能力,实现长久发展尤为重要。 本文以秦皇岛银行昌黎支行作为研究对象,运用BSC理论,对其绩效管理问题开展 了研究。 首先,本文介绍了选题背景、目的及意义,梳理国内外绩效管理的研究成果, 阐述本文的研究内容及研究方法,为后文对秦皇岛银行昌黎支行的研究提供支撑。 其次,介绍绩效管理相关理论,BSC理论的缘起、组成及特征和KPI分析法,并 阐述了当今BSC理论在我国商业银行绩效管理体系中的应用问题,为后续秦皇岛银 行昌黎支行的绩效管理研究提供参照。 再次,分析了秦皇岛银行昌黎支行的绩效管理体系现状,采用调查问卷的方式 针对秦皇岛银行昌黎支行内部员工,展开绩效管理体系问卷调查,根据调查问卷结 果找出支行现存问题及主要原因。 最后,借助BSC理论,构建了秦皇岛银行昌黎支行绩效管理优化方案,并对方 案进行为期一个季度的试运行。根据试运行结果,提出方案实施的保障措施,确保 所构建的绩效优化方案能够有效落地,以期更好地促进昌黎支行的快速发展。 关键词:BSC;绩效管理;商业银行;昌黎支行 燕山大学工商管理硕士学位论文 -II- ABSTRACT Withtherapiddevelopmentofsocialeconomy,thefinancialmarketplaysavitalrole ineverywalkoflife.Beinginthetraditionalfinanceindustry,thecommercialbankshave enteredinto“RedSea”from“BlueSea”underthebackgroundofInternetfinance,facing unprecedentedopportunitiesandchallenges.Intheprocessofitsmanagementprocess, commercialbanksshouldconsiderthemarkettrendandmakerelativebusiness adjustments.Inthiscase,commercialbanksshouldestablisheffectiveperformance managementmechanismintheprocessofdevelopment,stimulatetalentadvantage,further enhancethedevelopmentabilityofcommercialbanks,andachievelong-term development.ThispapertakesChangliBranchofQinhuangdaoBankastheresearch object,appliesthebalancedScorecardtheorytostudyitsperformancemanagement. Firstthedissertationintroducesthebackground,purposeandsignificanceofthetopic selection,andcollatesrelevantresultsboth,andexpoundstheideasandmethodsofthis paper,providingsupportfortheresearchonChangliBranchofQinhuangdaoBank. Secondly,itintroducesthetheoryofperformancemanagement,theorigin, componentandcharacteristicsofBSCtheory,andKPIanalysis.Thedissertationstatesthe applicationofBSCtheoryintheperformancemanagementsysteminChinesecommercial banks,providingreferencefortheresearchonChangliBranchofQinhuangdaoBank. Then,thedissertationanalyzesthesituationoftheperformancemanagementsystem inChangliBranchofQinhuangdaoBank.Theresearchhandsoutthequestionnairesin systemtoworkersinChangliBranchofQinhuangdaoBankandfiguresouttheproblems andcausesofthebank’sperformancemanagementsystemthroughquestionnaires. Last,thedissertationconstructsperformancemanagementoptimizationschemebased onBSCtheoryandconductsaquartertrialrunofthescheme.Accordingtotheresultfrom thetrailrun,thedissertationmakessurethattheconstructedschemecanbeputforwardso astopromotetherapiddevelopmentofChanglibranch.
