在当今知识经济发展的时代，提高企业研发自主创新力是我国汽车产业转型 升级的关键。企业要想进一步提高绩效，就必须加大对企业的研发投入力度。中 国自大力推进国有企业改革以来，不断建立健全的现代企业管理制度，积极推进 企业生产经营管理体制的改革创新。同时，在建立现代企业绩效管理评价体系中， 鼓励企业不断加大研发投入，以此来增加企业绩效和企业在市场经济中的核心竞 争力，从而促进企业自身的可持续发展。在经济发展新常态的背景下，快速发展 信息技术、进一步优化企业结构和提高企业绩效显得极为重要。同时，在当今世 界新经济形式的巨大变革中，技术创新能力的强弱直接影响到企业绩效和综合竞 争力，影响企业在未来的可持续发展。然而，企业的技术创新和企业绩效又需要 以企业的研发投入为支撑。因此，本文分析研究了企业的研发投入，即企业的研 发资金投入和企业的研发人力资源投入，这对企业绩效有着积极的促进作用，对 于我国现代企业进一步做大做强，并形成总体规模优势产生着十分重要的影响。 本文以江铃汽车有限公司为研究对象，研究分析了该企业的研发投入对企业 绩效的影响，从而提出相关的合理建议去促进企业进一步可持续发展。通过对江 铃汽车研发投入的研究，其作用主要有两个方面：一方面，可以进一步提高江铃 汽车的企业绩效水平。另一方面，可作为在我国汽车生产制造行业中，以加强企 业研发投入来提高企业绩效，并促使企业不断完善优化的一个研究示例。从而促 进中国汽车行业实现从“中国制造”到“中国智造”的飞跃转变，并创造一个良 好的现代企业生产经营模式。 根据企业研发投入对企业绩效影响的研究分析和相关理论，本文从纵向、横 向两个不同的角度分别研究分析了江铃汽车研发投入对企业绩效的影响。通过收 集2011-2018年江铃汽车年度报告数据和公司专利成果数据。针对该企业目前的 研发投入和企业绩效的现状进行了深入的研究并剖析其产生原因。本文研究的企 业研发投入指标分别为企业的研发资金投入强度和企业的研发人力资源投入强 度，企业绩效是以企业的净利润增长率和企业的专利成果数量增长率来衡量的。 由定性与定量相结合的综合分析表明：江铃汽车的研发投入对企业绩效产生正面 影响。并结合江铃汽车股份有限公司目前的现状分析得出：根据科学合理的政策 引导，来进一步加强江铃汽车的企业研发投入和企业绩效水平来促进该企业在未 来稳定的向前发展。尽量减少过度的企业研发投入给企业自身带来的负面影响。 关键词：研发投入；企业绩效；江铃汽车 II Abstract Intheeraofknowledgeeconomydevelopment,thekeytothetransformationand upgradingofChina'sautomobileindustryistoimprovetheindependentinnovation abilityofenterpriseresearchanddevelopment.Ifenterpriseswanttofurtherimprove theirperformance,theymustincreasetheirR&Dinvestment.SinceChinavigorously promotedthereformofstate-ownedenterprises,ithascontinuouslyestablisheda soundmodernenterprisemanagementsystemandactivelypromotedthereformand innovationofenterpriseproduction,operationandmanagementsystem.Atthesame time,intheestablishmentofamodernenterpriseperformancemanagement evaluationsystem,enterprisesareencouragedtoconstantlyincreaseinvestmentin researchanddevelopment,soastoincreasetheirperformanceandcore competitivenessinthemarketeconomy,soastopromotetheirownsustainable development.Underthebackgroundofthenewnormalofeconomicdevelopment,it isextremelyimportanttodevelopinformationtechnologyrapidly,furtheroptimize enterprisestructureandimproveenterpriseperformance.Atthesametime,inthe greattransformationoftheneweconomicformintoday'sworld,thestrengthof technologicalinnovationabilitydirectlyaffectstheperformanceandcomprehensive competitivenessofenterprises,andaffectsthesustainabledevelopmentofenterprises inthefuture.However,thetechnologicalinnovationandperformanceofenterprises needtobesupportedbytheirR&Dinvestment.Therefore,thispaperanalyzesand studiestheR&Dinvestmentofenterprises,thatis,theR&Dcapitalinvestmentof enterprisesandtheR&Dhumanresourcesinvestmentofenterprises,whichplaysa positiveroleinpromotingenterpriseperformanceandhasaveryimportantimpacton thefurtherexpansionandstrengtheningofmodernenterprisesinChinaandthe formationofoverallscaleadvantage.
