随着世界经济的发展,道路运输车辆的专业化、高速化趋势愈加明显。世界各国对 各种类型专用汽车的需求不断增加,在西方发达国家,专用汽车市场较为成熟。相比之 下,中国专用汽车市场起步较晚,市场细分程度不够。而目前国内物流业和城市建设的 突破式发展,为我国专用汽车发展奠定了良好的市场基础,从市场规模和专用车制造水 平等方面看,中国专用汽车都还有巨大的提升空间。本文通过对 KC 集团专用汽车生产 基地项目建设的可行性分析,论证该项目的可行性并提出相应的建设方案,补充了国内 专用车基地建设方面的研究内容,为投资建造专用车制造基地提供可靠依据和支撑。 本文首先介绍了 KC 集团专用汽车生产基地项目提出的背景、项目的基本概况及 KC 集团的概况,然后对国内外专用车市场发展方向和需求状况进行了分析,对项目的前景 进行了预测,确定了目标市场。根据市场定位和集团战略,确定了项目的总体规划理念、 建设方案和分期建设设想,初步设定了生产规模。通过计算内部收益率、投资回收期等 指标,对项目的经济和社会效益进行了可行性分析,最终得出了该项目的可行性分析结 论。本报告的研究结论是:KC 集团专用汽车生产基地项目在经济效益上是可行的。 关键词:专用汽车;建设方案;市场调查;可行性分析Abstract With the development of the global economy, the specialization and high-speed trend of road transport vehicles is more and more obvious. As the increasing requirements of various kinds of vehicles all over the world, the special automobile market is more mature in western developed countries than the one in China which market has not enough segmentation. However, in current, the breakthrough development of domestic logistics and urban construction has established a good market basis for the development of special automobile market in China. No matter from the size of market or the level of special vehicle manufacturing, the special automobile market still has a huge potential for improvement. In this paper, through the feasibility analysis of the construction project about special automobile manufacturing base in KC group, the feasibility of this project is demonstrated and the corresponding construction plan is put forward. The content of the construction of domestic special automobile base is supplemented in this research, which provides reliable support for the construction of special automobile manufacturing base. Firstly, the research has brought out the background, basic situation of the project and the general situation of the special automobile manufacturing base in KC Group, and then analyzed the development direction and demand situation of both the domestic and foreign special automobile market, in the meantime has predicted the future of the project and focused on the target market. According to the market positioning and group strategy, the overall planning concept, construction plan and phased construction plan of the project has been determined, and the scale of production was initially set. Through the calculation of internal rate of return, investment recovery period and other indicators, the project's economic and social benefits of the feasibility analysis has been established, and ultimately comes to the project feasibility analysis conclusion. The conclusion of this paper is that KC group special automobile production base project is economically feasible.
