企业发展战略是关于企业发展的谋略,是企业发展的目标,是企业中长期发展计划 的纲领。作为区域性从事整车运输与仓储行业的物流运输公司,在面对愈加复杂的外部 环境和竞争挑战,科学审慎的制定发展战略对 L 物流公司意义重大。 本文运用了企业发展战略的理论,并结合 PEST 外部环境分析、波特五力模型、 SWOT 分析、QSPM 分析矩阵等分析工具,对 L 物流公司的发展战略进行了较为详尽的 分析和探讨。本文从宏观环境、中观行业、微观企业自身的分析研究,层层深入。首先 对宏观环境对物流行业存在的影响进行了分析,进而对物流行业进行了较为系统的行业 分析,明确行业特点,发掘行业发展动向,区分不同的子行业所需要具备的各种能力。 最后结合 L 物流公司的实际能力,选择企业能良好发展的子行业,进一步利用 PEST、 波特五力等分析模型,对企业外部的经营环境进行系统性分析,明确机会与挑战,并通 过内部分析,识别企业的优势与劣势。在此基础上,运用 SWOT 分析,对企业内外部 环境作进一步的分析与归纳,最后利用 QSPM 定量分析矩阵,帮助 L 物流公司从众多 战略中,识别出最适合企业目前阶段的战略,以此制定出适合 L 物流公司的发展战略。 本文旨在对 L 物流公司的发展战略进行研究,帮助企业提升业务水平,形成长效竞 争力,在行业整合的进程中处于优势地位,给企业的发展提供参考性意见。 关键词,发展战略;物流公司;SWOT 分析L 物流公司发展战略研究 - II - Research on Development Strategy of L Logistics Company Abstract The enterprise development strategy is about a strategy and a goal for the enterprise development, and it is a programfor mediumand long-termprojects of company. As a regional logistics and transportation company engaged in the whole vehicle transportation and warehousing industry, in the face of increasingly complex external environment and competition challenges, scientific and prudent development strategy is of great significance to L logistics companies. This dissertation uses the theory of enterprise development strategy, and combines PEST external environment analysis, Porter's five-force model, SWOT analysis, QSPM analysis matrix and other analytical tools to analyze and discuss the development strategy of L logistics company. This dissertation from the macro-environment, the meso-industry, and the micro-enterprise's own analysis and research are carried out in layers. Firstly, it analyzes the impact of the macro environment on the logistics industry, and then conducts a more comprehensive industry analysis and clarifies the characteristics of the logistics industry, explores the development trend of the industry, and distinguishes the various capabilities required by different sub-sectors. Finally, according to the actual capacity of L logistics company, choose the sub-industry that the company can develop well. Using PEST and Porter's five-force analysis models, systematic analysis of the external business environment, clear opportunities and challenges, and internal analyze and identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company. On this basis, SWOT analysis is used to further analyze and summarize the internal and external environment of the enterprise, and develop a development strategy suitable for L logistics companies. The purpose of this dissertation is to study the development strategy of L Logistics Company, help enterprises to improve their business level, form long-term competitiveness, and gain a dominant position in the process of industry integration, and provide reference for the development of enterprises.
