Based on the market investigation and data collection, firstly we adopt Potter ， s competition model and PEST analytical method , to analyze the macro environment and industry environment. This project conforms to the national policy on health, ecological aquaculture, accords with the requirement of consumption upgrade in food, meets the need to enhance the export competitiveness of aquatic products in China. The demand of Water quality regulator is bigger which should have good prospects. But the gap between the industry situation and development trend is the market opportunity of FBE water ecological regulation. Secondly, we analyze the market capacity and demand difference. Based on the analysis of advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats, we conclude that this project has the advantage of leading technology, obvious economic benefit, the protection of intellectual property. Thirdly, through the above analysis, we will choose a large aquatic products processing and export trade enterprise to implement this project. We have found a suitable business model which reduces the difficulty of the project into the market and realizes industrialization successfully. Finally, we further analyze the benefit and risk assessment of the project, and put forward countermeasures. Through the evaluation and analysis above, we think that there is the feasibility of the FBE Water Ecological Regulator project and that it has the investment value.
