随着科技的日新月异，普通老百姓的生活中处处充满了软件的身影。软件已经逐步 走入了各行各业，为人们的工作生活带来颠覆式的改变。随着软件的广泛使用，人们对 于软件的要求也在不断的变化和提高。客户对于软件的需求不再是停留在拿来使用的阶 段。越来越多的客户追求差异化，个性化。定制型软件项目应运而生，且发展速度惊人。 伴随着全球化发展，软件行业竞争不断加剧。企业对于开发成本，研发周期的不断缩减， 为软件项目带来了持续不断的压力，要求软件开发过程高效节约，按质按时。 本文以 H 公司定制型软件开发项目为研究内容，以项目管理和进度管理等理论为依据。 通过分析 H 公司定制型软件项目延期等问题，结合项目当前管理现状，利用科学的管理 方法及工具寻找解决途径，优化现有管理方法。在 H 公司现有管理流程方法上尝试探索 出一套适用于定制型软件开发项目进度管理的体系流程。保障定制型软件开发产品按期 按质交付，促进 H 公司研发领域更加高效的发展。通过对 CPE 定制型软件项目应用成 果的分析，确定优化后项目进度管理的改进提升效果。以此说明进度管理优化对定制型 软件开发项目的促进作用。希望研究的相关结果能够被同类型定制型软件开发项目借鉴 使用，从而解决开发进度，产品质量等严重制约定制型软件开发项目发展的问题。 关键词：定制型软件 项目管理 进度管理 论文类型：应用研究III Title： Research on Progress Management of a Customized Software Development Project of H Company——Taking CPE Project as an Example Major： BusinessAdministration Author: Li Yan (signature) Supervisor：Du Xiaowu (signature) ABSTRACT With the rapid development of science and technology, ordinary people's lives are full of software. Software has gradually entered all walks of life, bringing tremendous changes to people's work and life. With the widespread use of software, people's requirements for software are constantly changing and improving. The customer's need for software is no longer at the stage of use. More and more customers pursue differentiation and individualization. Against this backdrop, customized software projects came into being and the development speed was amazing. With the development of globalization, the competition in the software industry is getting fiercer and fiercer. The continuing reduction of development budget and R&D cycle has brought continuous pressure to software project development, calling for efficient and cost effective software development process that can still ensure on time delivery of high quality products. This article takes H company's customized software development project as the research subject, and bases the study on the theory of project management and schedule management. By analyzing the delays of H company's customized software projects, combined with the current management status of the project, the purpose is to find solutions and optimize existing management methods using proper management tools. From company's existing management process, we tried to explore a set of process management systems for customized software development projects, ensuring that quality customized software development products are delivered on time, promoting the more efficient development of H company in the R&D field. Through the analysis of the application results of the CPE customized software project, the improvement brought by the optimized project progress management is identified. This shows the promotion by the progress management optimization for customized software development projects.
