为应对全球化的挑战,增强自身的核心竞争力,众多的企业将设施管理作为非核心 业务外包出去。在此领域的许多国内公司受制于人力资源管理,缺乏竞争力。绩效管理 是现代企业人力资源管理制度的核心。在设施管理服务领域,绩效管理和评价几乎还是 一个全新的话题。同时,项目团队因其具备高效、灵活等优势,在众多行业中被广泛应 用。本文就设施管理专业的项目团队绩效管理进行了研究。 国内外学者有多种绩效管理的理论基础与考核方法,随着企业内组织形式逐渐向团 队形式的过渡,同时也存在很多种具有团队性质的绩效理论与考核方法。本文在此理论 基础上,结合XY公司的现状对公司内项目团队的绩效管理进行下一步的分析研究。 本文对XY公司现行的项目团队绩效管理方案的展开了分析,发现了企业项目团队 管理和人力资源管理中存在的问题,并以此为背景为设施管理企业项目团队绩效管理进 行了有益的探索。本文提出了一些针对性的改进措施,在方法上实现了理论与实际相结 合,定性分析与定量分析相结合,设计了科学的绩效管理方案并开始试行实施。在实施 中取得了一定的成果,也发现了一些问题与不足。本文是作者对团队绩效管理研究的起 点,还需要就本文存在的不足进行下一步研究与探索。 关键词,设施管理;项目团队;绩效管理;绩效考评II ABSTRACT In response to the challenges of globalization, and enhance their core competitive ness, many enterprises will be facilities management(FM) as a non core business outso urcing. Many domestic FM companies are subject to hum an resources(HR) manageme nt, lack of competitiveness. Performance Manage ment is a modern enterprise HR man agement regime. In the field of FM serv ices, performance management and evaluation are almost a new topic. At the same time, the project team is widely used inmany industries,because it has efficient, flexible and other advantages. This paper were studi ed in facilities management professional project management team performance. There are a variety of domestic and foreign scholars, the theoretical basis of perf ormance management and assessment methods, as the business team within the organiz ation gradually to form the transition, while there are many properties with the team's performance theory and assessment methods. In this paper, based on the theory, com bined with the XY Company's status on the company's performance management withi n the project team to the next step of the analysis. In this paper, XY Company's existing project team launched a performa nce man agement program analysis, we found a company project team management and humanr esource management problems, and use it as background for the facility management business performance management project team conducted a useful exploration. This p aper presents a number of specific improvements in the methods to achieve a combina tion of theory and practice of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of combine d design and scientific performance management program and begin pilot implementat ion.
