随着人类历史的不断推进，全面推进素质教育，《体育与健康课程标准》的推出， 中学体育课程教学观念更新，健康娱乐体育课的形式已逐渐成为主流，学校体育是学校 教育的重要组成部分，肩负着发展学生体能，增强体质，培养学生终身体育意识、兴趣， 发展其个性能力的重要任务。目前，娱乐体育教学是中学体育课的一种发展方向，娱乐 篮球课是娱乐体育教学的一部分，能实现心、智、体的和谐统一。 娱乐篮球是篮球运动的一个分支，具有娱乐性、大众参与性、韵律性、展现个性、 趣味性、艺术性、表演性等特点的游戏和比赛形式。娱乐篮球作为一项新兴的事物，在 我国兴起短短几年的时间里，在社会上迅速推广并初具规模。然而要使娱乐篮球得到进 一步的发展和突破就要与学校相结合，使娱乐篮球在实践与理论上得到进一步推广，并 且要对课程目标、课程内容、课程形式等进行定位研究。 本研究采用文献资料法、调查法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法，对石家庄市区中学开 展娱乐篮球的必然性和可行性进行研究。 通过调查发现石家庄市区中学开展娱乐篮球的必然性表现在， ①娱乐篮球本身的特点，主要是以娱乐为主，降低运动负荷，降低难度系数，淡化 胜负关系；其形式更加灵活多样，参与人群广泛，备受广大青少年喜爱；场地器械要求 少，规则简单易懂，易开展。 ②娱乐篮球在中学开展是大势所趋，娱乐体育教学是中学体育课的一种发展方向， 娱乐体育教学能实现心、智、体的和谐统一。它对于改革我国中学体育教学，充分调动 学生的学习积极性和发挥主体作用，提高教学质量，造就全面发展的合格人才，具有重 要的现实意义。 [1] ③大众对娱乐篮球的认可，娱乐篮球在社会上已经引起很大的凡响，各个商家每年 多次赞助娱乐篮球比赛，近几年361娱乐篮球大赛在全国各大城市相继展开，吸引了社 会上各界人士尤其是广大的青少年篮球爱好者，在中学开展娱乐篮球也是能适应当今的 发展潮流。 通过调查发现石家庄市区中学开展娱乐篮球的可行性表现在， ①各中学体育教学改革意愿，通过问卷调查得知，部分中学已经按《体育与健康课程标准》采取相应的改革，而且大部分中学将愿意实行改革，推行娱乐篮球，凸显娱乐 健康的主旨，让更多的学生喜欢和参与。 ②石家庄市区中学开展娱乐篮球的社会文化环境，面向2008年奥运会我国竞技体育 全面备战，推行“奥运争光计划”，大力开展全民健身活动，群众体育蓬勃开展，人民 体质普遍增强。娱乐体育渐渐被国人接受，而且可以相信，它全面登上中国大众体育的 殿堂己指日可待。 [2] 目前我国街头篮球文化氛围日渐浓烈，娱乐篮球也日益成熟。 ③石家庄市区中学开展娱乐篮球的政策，相关的政策和法规为中学开展娱乐篮球提 供一定的法律保障，例如《全国亿万学生阳光体育运动》、《体育与健康课程标准》、 《体育法》、《青少年义务体育法》、《两个条例》等，这些政策和法规中都明确指出 青少年学生阶段要注重体育运动，要注重体育课的质量，更要注重娱乐健康的体育课形 式，目前社会对中学体育的关注程度大大加强。 ④石家庄市区中学开展娱乐篮球的内部条件，部分中学重视体育课的改革，娱乐篮 球为首选；并且硬件设施己经达到一定要求，个别中学己经具有全天候的室内篮球场馆 及器材；此外具有教师、资金、学生的喜爱等诸多优势，良好的学校环境将给予娱乐篮 球课程开设提供一定的软件的支持。 在本研究的过程中，查阅并借鉴了一定的有关国内外相关娱乐篮球方面的文章，为 石家庄市区中学开展娱乐篮球的可行性研究提供建议。目的是探索娱乐篮球更好发展的 一条出路，使其更具活力、有更长远的发展。同时也为器械企业服务，从而促进企业的 发展，实现双赢。 关键词:中学；娱乐篮球；可行性研究III Abstract Along with the continuous progress of human history, the comprehensive promotion of quality education, physical education and health curriculum standards, the introduction of the concept of teaching high school physical education curriculum update, and healthy entertainment in the form of physical education have gradually become mainstream, school sports is an important component of school education part of shoulder physical development of students and enhance physical fitness, sports training students for life awareness, interest, the ability to develop their individuality important task.
