绿色食品是遵循可持续发展原则,按照特定生产方式生产,经专口机构认 定,许可使用绿色食品标志商标的无污染的安全、优质、营养类食品,它强调 从±地到餐桌的全过程质量控制。 本文论述了缘色食品酿酒葡萄的研究现状化及国内外关于农产品巧准化生 产的现状,并对我国酿酒葡萄及葡萄酒绿色产品标准化生产现状进行了重点分 析。依照绿色食品产品标准生产要求,(^酿酒葡萄优势产区为研究对象,结合 酿酒葡萄的习性和种植要求,对环境、葡萄园建设、王壤肥水等做了标准化的 规定,最大限度地保护生态环境,保证产品原料的安全和优质,为葡萄酒的 生产提供可靠原料,使种植基地成为企业的第一生产车间。 依据相关国家标准,对基地环境中的大气、±壤、灌祗用水等进行了分析 与评价,探讨了不同种类有机肥、不同耕作方式、不同产量水平对葡萄品质的 影响,并家葡萄酿酒企业中粮华夏长城葡萄酒有限公司为研究对象,对绿 色食品禄准化生产的经济效益进行了评价。 综上所述,针对我国原产地域保护产区——昌黎产区,建立了国内比较完 善的缘色食品的标准化生产体系。 关键词:酿酒葡萄;绿色食品;标准化生产 IABSTRACT Greenfoodfollowstheprinciplesofsustainabledevelopment,whichisproduced inaccordancewithspecificproductionmethods.Thiskindof仿odcouldbelicensed tousethenon-pollutinggreensignsafterbeingrecognizedbythespecialized agencies,sothegreenfoodisakindofsafety,qualityandnutritiousfood.Greenfood stre巧esthewholeprocessofqualitycontrolthatfromtheland化thetable.
