本文以福建省源丰农业科技有限公司年产 500 吨干红葡萄酒项目进行可行性研究实例 分析。依据项目可行性研究的理论、一般内容及方法,并结合葡萄酒的特点、葡萄酒加工 行业的特点具体分析葡萄酒精深加工项目可行性研究的阶段划分、研究的具体内容以及研 究过程的组织与实施管理,主要包括对项目的背景、项目的市场需求预测、项目的建设规 模与建设条件、项目工程技术方案、项目环境保护等内容进行分析,并结合目前葡萄酒精 深加工项目在进行可行性研究时普遍缺少对项目实施及管理进行可行性研究的问题,有针 对性地对葡萄酒精深加工项目实施可行性进行一定的分析。本文通过分析葡萄酒精深加工 项目可行性研究的内容以及对葡萄酒精深加工项目实施过程的分析,总结出一种适合葡萄 酒精深加工行业进行相似项目投资时进行可行性研究的具体方法、思路和研究内容,使其 他一些农业企业在实施园艺产品精深加工项目时有所借鉴。 关键词,葡萄酒;可行性;项目;研究II Study and analysis on wine processing project feasibility and case application Abstract In this paper, the source of Fujian Yuanfeng Agricultural Science and Technology Ltd 500 tons of dry red wine case study project feasibility study.
