近些年苹果作为全球平板电脑领导者的地位正在逐渐变弱。2017 年,国际 数据公司(IDC)发布的平板电脑市场调查报告显示,从出货数量来看,iPad 系列 产品 2017 年第三季度的市场份额为 50.4%,比第二季度的 65.5%下降了 15.1%, 而三星、亚马逊等公司的平板电脑产品市场份额迅速攀升。华为平板电脑的出货 量甚至连续四年实现年同比正增长。面临如此激励的竞争,苹果公司想在竞争中 脱颖而出,必须依靠质量来取胜。如何提高产品质量,对于苹果公司来说具有深 远的意义。 本文以六西格玛管理理论为支撑,采用观察研究、实验验证、文献研究、归 纳总结等方法比较详细的介绍了富士康业成光电(深圳)有限公司的发展历程、 公司的质量管理体系及六西格玛管理现状,并对该公司所发生的质量问题采用六 西格玛改善的方法进行深入的分析、研究,得出相应的改善对策。文章针对 iPad 产品生产流程中的水胶贴合制程所发生的问题点,通过六西格玛 DMAIC 五个阶 段进行了分析、改善及对策实施。首先,本文在六西格玛定义阶段确定了具体要 改善的问题点为水胶贴合制程的良率改善。其次,在六西格玛量测阶段通过宏观 流程分析、量测系统分析、制程能力分析等方法,找出了水胶机台管路问题、无 尘服质量问题以及坦克链摩擦问题三项影响贴合异物的主要问题。再次,在六西 格玛分析和改善阶段通过一系列的实验分析、数据对比确定了需要导入的改善对 策及改善对策的有效性。最后,在六西格玛控制阶段,文章中阐述了改善后效果 的追踪状况、改善效益及导入的控制措施。 作为苹果的代工厂富士康业成光电(深圳)有限公司,同样也是国内知名的 制造业企业,在生产制造过程中存在的质量问题的解决是非常具有典型性的,而 且目前国内对 iPad 产品质量提升的研究也不是很多,所以本文所研究的内容是 极具代表性的。 关键词:六西格玛,平板电脑,全贴合,质量提升II Base on Six Sigma of GIS(Foxconn) iPad Product Quality Promotion Research Abstract In recent years, apple's position as a global tablet leader has been weakening.In 2017, IDC released a report on the tablet market, showing that in terms of shipments,the iPad lineup had a market share of 50.4 percent in the third quarter of 2017, down 15.1 percent from 65.5 percent in the second quarter. Samsung, amazon and others are rapidly gaining market share.Huawei's tablet shipments have even registered positive year-on-year growth for four consecutive years.Faced with such an exciting competition, if apple wants to stand out from the competition, it must rely on quality to win.How to improve product quality, for apple has far-reaching significance. Based on the six sigma management theory, this paper introduces the development history, quality management system and the current situation of six sigma management of Foxconn GIS(shenzhen) co., ltd. in detail through observation, experimental verification, literature research, induction and summary and the quality problems occurred in the company using six sigma improvement method for in-depth analysis, research, get the corresponding improvement countermeasures.In this paper, the problems occurred in the process of water-glue bonding in the production process of iPad products are analyzed, improved and implemented through five stages of six sigma DMAIC.First of all, in the six sigma definition stage, this paper determined that the specific problem point we want to improve is the yield improvement of the water-adhesive bonding process.Secondly, in the six sigma measurement phase, three major problems affecting the bonding foreign body were identified, namely the pipeline problem of water glue machine, the quality problem of dust free suit and the friction problem of tank chain, through the analysis of macroscopic process, measurement system, process capability and other methods.Thirdly, in the six sigma analysis and improvement stage, through a series of experimental analysis and data comparison, the improvement countermeasures that need to be introduced and theIII effectiveness of the improvement countermeasures are determined.Finally, in the six sigma control stage, the paper describes the tracking status of the improved results, the improved benefits and the control measures we introduced. As apple's contract Foxconn GIS (shenzhen) co., LTD., is also well-known domestic manufacturing enterprises, the quality problems in the process of manufacturing solution is very typical, and the current domestic research on the product quality of ascension is not a lot, so this paper research content is very representative.
