汇编 出版。保密的学位论文在解密后适用本规定。 研究生签名, 时间, 年 月 日 导师签名, 时间, 年 月 日I 摘要 随着社会不断的向前发展和进步,人们对于质量的要求也在不断提升。已经不是以前只满足简 单的生活需要就可以了,而是要得到更好的消费体验。而这其中,产品质量的体验又是重中之重, 企业如果想要在激励的竞争环境中立足,质量是必要的条件之一。伴随社会分工细化和发展,企业 和供应商的界限已经模糊,企业和供应商之间不再是纯粹的买卖关系。尤其是采用 OEM/ODM 模式 的企业更是如此,供应商的质量管理就显得更加的重要,因此如何做好此类供应商的质量管理就成 为一个企业非常重要的课题,运行供应商质量管理理论和方法,提高产品的质量,对企业的发展至 关重要。 H 公司隶属于国内著名的家电企业海尔集团(简称 H 集团),是 H 集团智能家居的重要一员, 公司的产品全部委托外部供应商,采用 OEM/ODM 的模式生产。但是目前公司供应商质量管理流程 存在问题比较多,同时供应商自身质量管理能力也存在问题,导致市场问题频发。市场竞争压力巨 大,严重影响公司的发展,如何在激励的竞争环境中顺利发展,做好供应商质量管理十分重要。 在对供应商质量管理流程优化前,需要对与此相关的概念和理论基础进行学习和研究,我们需 要要掌握质量管理、供应商质量管理的概念和内涵,并且要清楚了解如全面质量管理、供应链管理、 流程管理相关理论,从而为后续的论文展开打下良好的基础。 供应商质量管理流程涉及范围非常广泛,本论文以 H 公司为研究对象,选择供应商质量管理流 程中的关键节点为研究对象,主要包括供应商的选择、导入和淘汰、过程体系管理、新品管理、量 保证和改善、考核和评价五个方面主要的研究对象,对 H 公司现有的实际情况进行剖析,找出存在 的问题和不足。 最后通过借鉴先进的质量管理理论和其它企业的成功的质量管理经验,对 H 公司供应商质量管 理流程关键节点存在问题汇总并且弄清楚存在的原因,同时提出相应流程优化的措施,并且制定方 案来推进相关措施的实施,以便能够提高供应商的质量管理水平,提高产品质量,提升企业竞争力。 经过一段时间的推广,取得了显著的效果。 目前我国有很多类似于 H 公司的中小企业,属于起步发展阶段,也是采取 OEM/ODM 的生产模 式,同样也面临类似的困难,本文是在理论联系实际的基础上进行的,并且笔者就是负责公司的质 量工作,相关的工作是职责所在,所涉及到的相关数据、案例都真实可信,因此研究成果对于类似 于 H 公司的企业也提供一些借鉴作用。 本论文研究认为供应商的质量管理不是一成不变的,它需要动态的、需要结合企业的、供应商 的实际情况来进行不断的优化和调整。并且认为供应商的管理,对于中小企业,必须要与供应商紧 密的结合在一起,明确目标,共同发展才是最好的结果。也只有这样才能取得最好的效果。 关键词,质量管理;供应商质量管理;管理流程优化II Abstract With the continuous development and progress of human civilization, people's demand for products is constantly changing. With development the boundaries between enterprises and suppliers have been blurred, no longer a purely business relationship. Especially some enterprises products survive in OEM/ODM mode. Therefore, quality management of suppliers has become very important. Qingdao Haier Intelligent Household Appliances Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as H Company) belongs to Haier Group, a famous domestic household appliances enterprise. It is an important part of the ecosphere of H Group's smart home. The production of H Company's products is entirely entrusted to external suppliers. At present, it is facing tremendous market competition pressure. How to develop smoothly in an incentive competitive environment, quality is very important. Before optimization of supplier quality management process,Need to learn and master relevant concepts and theories,Including quality management,、Total quality management、Supply chain management、Process management,Lay a good foundation for thesis writing The supplier quality management process covers a wide range of areas,Take H Company as an example,Takes the main supplier quality management process It include supplier selection, introduction and elimination, Supplier new product management、supplier process management、Improvement of supplier problems、supplier evaluation.
