摘 要
改革开放近40年,中国经济快速发展,我国的各行各业都迎来了发展的黄金
时期,企业的数量和规模也显著上升,与此同时企业间的竞争也越发激烈,核心
能力是 企业在复杂的市场环境中生存和发展的关键,是每个企业家都在思考的问
题。另一方面,我们从多年的研究资料中发现企业的核心能力存在生命周期现象,
在内外部环境变化时,核心能力会转变成阻碍企业发展的核 心能力刚性,核心能
力刚性会给企业带来决策失误、阻碍资源优化配置、缺乏创新等一系列问题。核
心能力刚性的具体表现与每个企业内外部环境、企业所在的行业和产业链中的位
置有着密切的关系,每个企业 治理刚性的方法也会有所区别。本文的目的是通过
研究分析物流系统集成商JT公司存在的核心能力刚性问题,提出针对JT公司超
越核心能力刚性的建议措施和实施保障。同时希望通过对JT公司系统性研究能给
其 他企业审视自身的核心能力刚性问题带来一定的参考价值
本文使用文献分析、调查研究、比较分析相结合的方法对JT公司的核心能力
刚性及其超越进行了系统性研究。首先,通过文献研究总结出核心能力和核心能
力刚性的特点、形成的原因以及带来的危害,在此基础上提炼分析核心能力刚性
超越的措施。其次,在已有的核心能力刚性评价指标的研究基础上通过访谈、发
放问卷方式收集资料,然后采用二级模糊综合评价 法对JT公司的核心能力刚性进
行了综合评估,具体分析出核心能力刚性在JT公司的表现;接下来,本文从核心
能力刚性及其超越的视角去对JT公司所在的内外部环境进行了分析,阐述了其核
心能力刚性及其超越 的有利和不利条件,在比较分析基础上深入研究JT公司刚性
形成的具体原因。最后,在刚性超越方面,结合之前的刚性形成原因提出了超越
措施建议和实施保障
研究表明JT公司现阶段已产生核心能力刚性,已经 表现在其经营活动当中,
具体体现为路径依赖、核心资产专用过多、组织惯例等方面,需要采取构建动态
核心能力、形成知识联盟、增加投入的柔性管理等措施对核心能力刚性进行超越,
避免企业因核心能力刚 性问题走向衰败

In the past nearly 40 years of reform and opening up, China’s economy has
developed rapidly. All walks of life in China have ushered in a golden period of
development. The number and scale of enterprises have also risen significantly. At the
same time, competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce. Core
capabilities is the The key to survival and development in a complex market
environment is the question that every entrepreneur is thinking about. On the other hand,
we have discovered from many years of research data that there are life cycle
phenomena in the core capabilities of enterprises. When the internal and external
environment changes, the core capabilities will turn into the rigidity of the core
capabilities that hinder the development of the enterprise. The rigidity of core
capabilities will bring decisions to the enterprise. Mistakes, obstacles to the optimal
allocation of resources, lack of innovation and a series of issues. The specific
performance of core capabilities is closely related to the internal and external
environment of each enterprise, the industry in which the enterprise is located, and the
position in the industry chain. The method of rigid management of each enterprise will
also be different. The purpose of this paper is to research and analyze the rigidity of the
core capabilities of JT, a logistics system integrator, and propose the measures and
implementation guarantees for JT’s rigidity beyond the core capabilities. At the same
time, it is hoped that the systematic study of JT can bring certain reference value to
other companies to examine the rigidity of their own core capabilities.
This paper uses a combination of literature analysis, investigation and research,
and comparative analysis to systematically study the core rigidity of JT Corporation and
its transcendence. First of all, through the literature research, we sum up the
characteristics of the core capabilities and the core rigidity, the reasons for their
formation, and the harms they cause, and on this basis, refine the measures for
analyzing core rigidity and surpassing. Secondly, on the basis of existing core rigidity
evaluation indicators, interviews and questionnaires were used to collect data.
Second-order fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was then used to
comprehensively evaluate JT’s core rigidity and specifically analyze the performance of
core rigidity at JT. Next, from the perspective of core rigidity and its overrunning, this

paper analyzes the internal and external conditions and competitive conditions that JT
company has, describes its core rigidity and the advantages and disadvantages of its
transcendence, and deepens it on the basis of environmental analysis. Study the specific
reasons for the rigid formation of JT. Finally, in terms of rigid surpassing, combined
with the reasons for the formation of the previous rigidity, we proposed over-reaching
measures and implementation guarantees.
The research shows that JT has generated core rigidity at the current stage, which
has already been reflected in its business activities, such as path dependence, excessive
exclusive use of core assets and organizational conventions. It needs to adopt dynamic
core capabilities, form alliances of knowledge and increase the flexibility of inputs.
Management and other measures surpass the core rigidity to prevent companies from
deteriorating due to core rigidity problems.
