Abstract
Financial management system construction is an important part of enterprise
management, play a crucial role for enterprise construction, financial management
function is increasingly outstanding, the construction of the small and medium-sized
enterprise system requires good financial management system construction, but in the
construction of smes financial management system has such problems as lack of talent,
lack of management,the financial management of smes lack of talent, lack of
management of small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises in the financial
management should be how to improve is the main problem, in this paper, we study in
this paper, a Chinese medicine pharmaceutical enterprise in Heilongjiang province of
the financial management system to improve the problem are studied.In the study of M,
introduces the present situation of the company's financial management system for the

talent, after accounting problems in detail in this paper, the problems such as the
