摘要
当前,我国智能电网正步入全面建设的重要阶段。通讯设备及平台是智能电网工程
的重要支撑系统,为实现“坚强智能电网”的美好设想,这对于智能电网的通讯系统提
出了很多挑战。为在日渐激烈的市场竞争中占据有利地位,有必要对智能电网通讯企业
核心竞争力进行正确评价,并以此为基础,为提升企业核心竞争力给出相应对策

本文在阅读国内外文献的基础上,深入了解了企业核心竞争力的相关理论,对企业
核心竞争力的特征、构成要素及评价方法进行了阐述,为后文评价及提升 S 智能电网通
讯设备公司核心竞争力奠定了理论基础。接着,本文对智能电网通讯产业发展现状进行
了描述,指出了企业规模、财务管理能力、产品性能、组织管理能力、研发能力以及发
展能力是影响该类企业核心竞争力的主要影响因素。以此为基础,构建了智能电网通讯
企业核心竞争力评价指标体系。然后,建立了基于层次分析法与模糊综合评价法的综合
评价模型。以 S 智能电网通讯设备公司为例,利用 SWOT 模型分析了该企业发展存在
的优势与劣势,以及面临的机会与威胁。最后,根据建立好的模型,S 智能电网通讯设
备公司核心竞争力评价等级为优。另外,本文从现代企业管理制度、风险能力和快速反
应能力、技术创新能力、信息资源整合能力四个方面着手,提出了提升核心竞争力的相
关对策

本文通过对 S 智能电网通讯设备公司进行深入分析与研究,尝试总结出智能电网通
讯企业核心竞争力的评价模型及提升措施,视角独特,拓展并丰富了智能电网通讯企业
管理的研究内容。本文的研究结果不仅有助于 S 智能电网通讯设备公司增强竞争力,也
为国内其他同行业的发展提供了有益参考

Abstract
At present, the smart grid in China has entered the stage of comprehensive construction.
Communication equipment and platform is an important supporting system of the smart grid
project. In order to achieve the good idea, namely “a strong smart grid”, the communication
systems have faced many challenges. Therefore, to occupy a favorable position in the
increasingly fierce market, it is necessary to make a correct evaluation on the core
competitiveness of the smart grid communication enterprise, on this basis, the
countermeasures to enhance the core competitiveness are proposed.
In this paper, on the basis of the related literature at home and abroad, the theory of core
competitiveness has been deeply learned. The paper has expounded the characteristics,
components and evaluation methods of the core competitiveness, which lay a theoretical
foundation for the later analysis of evaluation and promotion of core competitiveness in S
smart grid communication enterprise. Then, the development status of smart grid
communication industry has been described. The main factors that affect the core
competitiveness have been pointed out, including the scale of enterprise, financial
management ability, product performance, organization and management ability, R&D
capability and development ability. On this basis, the evaluation index system of core
competitiveness of smart grid communication enterprises is established. The analytic
hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are combined to make
the evaluation model. In this paper, S smart grid communication equipment company is taken
as an example. SWOT model is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages, as well as
opportunities and threats of the development of S company. Finally, according to the
established model, the rating of core competitiveness of S smart grid communication
equipment company is excellent. In addition, the paper has put forward the countermeasures
to enhance the core competitiveness from four aspects: the modern enterprise management
system, risk ability and quick response ability, technical innovation ability and the
information resource integration ability.
