本文通过对笔者所在企业运用丰田生产方式现状的研究,发现运用中存在
问题并给予分析,提出解决方案。这些研究可以为其他想要学习丰田生产方式
的企业提供很多借鉴
本文第一章梳理了中国汽车行业生存的现状以及丰田生产方式在中国企业
中的应用现状。此外,第一章还介绍了丰田生产方式产生的过程以及基本理论
框架。同时介绍了全面质量管理五大要素的内容,他们是制造企业管理制造现
场非常重要的五个方面
第二章主要介绍了丰越公司的状况。简述了 TPS 的引入过程和目前应用状
况。笔者对丰田生产方式在丰越公司运行情况进行了梳理,提出了标准作业遵
守率和准确性不高、各项基础工作的维持管理不到位以及改善工作推行艰难等
问题
第三章从人员思想观念、设备布局、材料品质、TPS 推进方式、TPS 应用所
处环境,即从全面质量管理五大要素(人、机、料、法、环)对丰越公司 TPS
应用中存在的问题进行了重点分析。II
第四章是针对发现的问题点提出的改进方案、具体实施内容以及保障措施
按照全面质量管理 5 大要素给出全面对策。首先要从主观上提高丰越管理者和
员工对丰田生产方式的认知度和认可度,通过危机意识的树立、设置困难作业
等方法激发员工的干劲儿。实施在职培训(OJD)切实掌握 TPS 方法。其次,要
正视生产率提高和人性尊重间存在冲突这一事实,从提高附加价值作业比例、
加强上下级的沟通、强化自律性缺陷管理手段、改善员工劳动环境、减轻员工
劳动负荷等方面给予员工关怀。最后,逐步对不合理的设备布局进行改造,开
展自工程完结活动。保障措施方面,主要从建立激励制度、强化 TPS 推进事务
局体制和制定 TPS 改善推进方针、目标计划三方面来保障
针对丰越公司目前 TPS 运行中存在的问题,本文着重从人性尊重的角度给
予解决方案,以发挥员工的主观能动性。与此同时,通过调整设备局部和提升
品质等,扫清 TPS 运行中存在的客观障碍。相信未来 TPS 在丰越公司将会发挥
更大的效用

ABSTRACT
Application Research of Toyota Production System
In SFTMCF
Since the 1990s, Japan&39;s economy was in the doldrums for a long time. But
Toyota Motor Company continued to create the sales and profit growth outshine
others, and it had hit a record high year after year. Japan, the United States, China and
other countries had set off a rush to learn Toyota Production System(hereinafter
referred to as TPS) . Most of our enterprises understand TPS is only its specific
method, which is a way of operation of a complex production system. Learning
Toyota Production System, not only to simple imitation in the technical level, more to
explore its deep reason, the support behind its system ,organizational culture, market
environment and other aspects, comprehensive learning 、survey and thinking,
combining the reality of our country to find the right way, support enterprise
long-term sustainable development. Otherwise, no matter how many times you visit
Toyota&39;s factories, all you learn is only a skill set that has been solidified and
ultimately ungrounded in your own business.
Through the study of the present situation of Toyota Production System in the
author&39;s enterprise, this paper finds out the problems in the application and gives the
analysis and proposes the solution. These studies can provide a lot of lessons for other
companies that want to learn about Toyota Production System.
The first chapter of this paper is a review of the present situation of China&39;s
automobile industry and the current situation of Chinese enterprises applying Toyota
Production System. In addition, the first chapter also introduces the process and basic
theoretical framework of Toyota Production System. At the same time, the five
elements of total quality management are introduced, and they are the five importantIV
aspects of manufacturing enterprise management.
Chapter two introduces the general situation of SFTMCF. The process of
introducing Toyota production system and its current application status are described.
Through the analysis of Toyota Production System in the actual application situation,
and puts forward some problems such as the standard job execution does not reach
the designated position, the accuracy is not high, basic work management does not
reach the designated position, and improve the working problems such as difficult.
In the third chapter, the author mainly from the staff thought idea, the equipment
layout, material quality, advancing way TPS, TPS application environment and so on
five aspects analyzes the problems in the TPS application of SFTMCF.
The fourth chapter puts forward the improvement plan, the concrete
implementation content and the safeguard measure. Improvement scheme and
implementation, the first step is to improve the recognition and recognition of the
Toyota Production System by managers and employees. By setting up crisis
awareness and setting up difficult work, the staff can be motivated to work hard.
Unlike most classroom training, the author recommends that on-the-job training (OJD)
be implemented. Both your colleagues and your boss are teachers, and it&39;s better to
study with questions. Second, it is important to face the fact that there is a conflict
between productivity improvement and human respect. Enterprises should give
employees care from the following five aspects: improve the proportion of value
added operations, strengthen leadership and subordinate communication,
strengthening self-discipline to management defect, improve labor environment,
lighten the working load of employees. Finally, enterprises should gradually improve
the layout of unreasonable equipment. In terms of safeguard measures, enterprises
should work in the following three aspects: establishing incentive systems,
strengthening the system of TPS promotion departments, and setting up the
promotion and target plans.V
Aiming at the problems of TPS in the operation of the SFTMCF, this paper
focuses on the solutions from the perspective of human respect. In addition, the
objective obstacles in TPS operation are cleared by means of adjusting device layout
and improving quality. It is believed that TPS will play a bigger role in SFTMCF in
near future.
