摘要
在“互联网+医疗”背景下，中国移动医疗市场正处于快速增长期。随着健
康意识的不断增强以及智能终端设备的广泛普及，人们开始主动通过移动医疗客
户端进行健康管理，如体征监护、慢病预防和健康干预。尽管传统医疗行业正逐
渐步入“互联网+医疗健康”时代，但与我国 9.89亿手机网民规模相比，移动医
疗服务使用率仍旧不高且用户规模小，部分移动医疗企业仍然处于用户累积初始
阶段。因此，如何刺激并引导用户使用移动医疗服务，更有效地满足用户就医需
求，已成为当前医疗服务提供商亟待解决的问题。
根据移动医疗服务的特点，本研究引入整合型信息技术接受和使用模型
（UTAUT），探究努力期望、绩效期望、主观规范和感知服务泛在等因素的影响，
并且加入了自我效能、隐私担忧等移动医疗相关的因素，构建移动医疗用户使用
意愿的影响模型，通过问卷调查法收集相关数据，并借助 SPSS25.0和AMOS24.0
统计软件对研究模型进行实证检验。研究结果发现：（1）努力期望、绩效期望、
主观规范、自我效能和感知服务泛在对用户使用意愿产生显著正向影响。（2）自
我效能对努力期望、感知服务泛在、绩效期望和主观规范均产生显著正向影响。
（3）隐私担忧仅对感知服务泛在具有显著负向影响。（4）隐私担忧对努力期望、
绩效期望、主观规范和使用意愿的影响程度不显著。
本研究基于 UTAUT模型深入探究了移动医疗用户使用意愿的内在机理，为
拓展 UTAUT模型在移动医疗情境下的应用提供了新思路，并通过解释自我效能
和隐私担忧（两个具有代表性的个体认知因素）在采纳行为过程中的影响作用，
丰富了移动医疗采纳行为的研究视角。最后，本文的研究结论有助于移动医疗服
务提供商了解个体认知因素对用户使用意愿的影响效果，为其提升医疗服务水平
与增强用户使用意愿提供了理论依据与针对性建议。

Abstract
In the context of “Internet + medical”，mobile health is becoming a new growth
point in the medical information industry. With the continuous enhancement of health
awareness and the wide popularization of smart terminal devices, people begin to
actively obtain high-quality health information services through mobile terminals,
such as sign monitoring, chronic disease prevention and health intervention. Although
the traditional medical industry is gradually entering the era of “Internet+medical
health”, compared with the scale of 989 million Internet users in China, the utilization
rate of mobile health services is still not high and the scale of users is small, and most
mobile health enterprises are still in the primary stage of user accumulation. Therefore,
how to stimulate and guide users to use mobile health services to meet their medical
needs more effectively has become an urgent problem for current medical service
providers.
According to the characteristics of mobile health services, this study introduces
the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) to explore the
influence of factors such as effort expectation, performance expectation, subjective
norms andperceived ubiquity,and addsmobile health relatedfactors suchas
self-efficacy and privacy concern to build the influence model of the usage intention
of mobile health users. Relevant data were collected through questionnaire survey,
and the research model was empirically tested with the help of SPSS 25.0 and AMOS
24.0 statistical software.The results indicatethat subjective norm, performance
expectancy, perceived ubiquityand effort expectancy havesignificantly positive
impact on usage intention. Users? self-efficacy has significantly positive influence on
perceived ubiquity, effort expectancy, performance expectancy and subjective norm.
Further, this paper also finds that privacy concern only have negative impact on
perceived ubiquity，butnot on effortexpectancy，performance expectancyand
subjective norm.
This study aims to explore the internal mechanism of mobile medical users?
usage intention, and enriches the research perspective of mobile medicine adoption
behavior by explaining the influence of individual cognitive factors in the process of
adoption behavior. Finally, theconclusions of this paper are helpfulfor mobile
medical service providers to understand the effect of individual cognitive factors on
usage intention, and provides theoretical guidance and some specific suggestions for
mobile medicalserviceproviders toimprove servicelevels andenhanceuser
experience.
